You generally do a better job of mixing whatever audio you have (so that I don't have to turn the volume down every time music play). That said, I prefer this "cleaner," more true-to-life audio somewhat. Either way, your content is great and I will continue to watch! Great job on finding a way to help Eunice find her own motivation!
Eunice is a competitive one, isn't she? She beat the timer like a champ! I love all your videos. A mix of video editing styles is fantastic. Time lapse with voiceovers or music is best in some situations and explanations in real time while you're working is super helpful in others. ASMR is pretty popular these days and there were some good moments of that included in this video. I think we all enjoy the glimpses of your personality like when you made up those little tunes too.
I like how there's not much talking and no music. Apparently putting stuff into a cubboard and shuffling them around is my ASMR.. However, I am happy I do not have so manyt items in my bathroom. It would give me so much stress to keep up and clean. I do not insider myself a minimalist, but I do not stock up on bathroom items and I don't have multiple options. This gives me so much peace. But it looks sooo much beter after the decluttering and organising. I hope she can enjoy her home more now and the move will be easy!

I liked this one, I think it probably depends on the situation, like you said this is a bathroom and doesn’t have any sentimental things and it wasn’t as big a mess as the other space so less need for explanation. I think you should a variety depending on what the space is and how messy it is

Another great video. It was informative and genuine. The format was good. Music or no music is fine. I never found it to be distracting. I love that you explain your thoughts as to what strategy works for each person you work with. This gives us different strategies to try until we find the right one fir us. I like both formats, one thing I would appreciate is that if there is music instead of just showing as an image your advice you could say it out loud too, because sometimes I want to clean / organise at the same time as I watch the video and if I have to pay attention to the screen I can’t focus on whatever else I want to do at the same time hehehe. Speed decluttering for the win! I like the talkie + sounds of decluttering style and real time a bit better than music, although I think you balance music with other audio better than some videos I watch so it doesn’t bother me.
I wish I had someone go through all my “stuff” with me too! It’s hard to do but it’s sooooo necessary! Kudos to you two. You are managing an over abundance of skin products.
Really enjoyed it in real time and hearing the process. Some of the editing was making me a bit dizzy with it switching angles from Bathroom to hallway and back again. I prefer just the one angle and some close ups with phone on hand.

Truthfully I think both styles of video are great. I would think that some content lends itself more towards teaching and some towards a fix for my craving of a good clutter to chaos video. At first I wanted to know why you were arranging exactly the way you were but you did tell us. After all there really are only a few rules that need applied. Bottom line: do both types but I prefer knowing up front what to expect: a teaching, a designing, or a sit back and enjoy the transformation. Don’t know UA-cam content providers recommend but I like some variety in content. (Yes please import those cabinets to America)
This was soo good. Like i was with you in the room..The power 15 is a perfect time to be around. But the Long 40 min with music and tips along the way were also awesome.I greedily choose both. 😅
I loved this style of declutter and organize video! Eunice really thrived with the 15 minute decluttering because she had gained some much momentum and muscle strength from the skin-care room! I feel like anything is easier that monumental task of a room.
Didnt mind it not having music but would like a little more chat or why youre organising the way that you are. As for timing... I could happily do feature film length but whatever length is manageable for you to edit on a regular basis, is the best option. 🎉

I have a crazy question… why isn’t their bed against the wall facing the door in their bedroom instead of crowded into the corner where it is? I know you gave them a walk space between the bed and window, but it confuses me each time I see it. The room would be more balanced and spacious if it was on the opposite wall, centered. I realize they are moving but it’s just a point of curiosity. 👍 Great video!
Looks so much better. Yes - have the rolling cart become a habit. Using it to move items from the product room to the bathroom, especially of products she's testing. From last week's comments - the sooner she can color code all products with dots, indicating the month purchased, it will be easier to keep it under control. Filming - didn't notice anything different about the style. But the quality isn't the same, focus is off, a bit fuzzy. I checked my focus, it's the same as I always watch. Sound - kept going up & down in volume, had to adjust to hear a few times.
We will def see the new house! Aren't the medicine cabinets just incredilbe here!? I've looked for similar ones in the states and can't find any that are as good.
You ladies have no idea how much you have motivated me this morning - I am powered up! Eunice doesn't get the thrill we natural-born declutters get from the admittedly mentally exhausting job of decluttering - even people who love to do it feel tired from all the constant decisions. However, Eunice does love an attractive and organised area - to work in and to take care of herself - so those little systems you'll work through with the Eunice family will be invaluable. The little tricks such as the fifteen minute speed clean and the regular six weekly prune through to keep her work office | wardrobe |from getting to the point where it's too much of a long-haul job and will need days rather than half a morning of dedicated work to keep it to standard. I really enjoyed todays video and it's wonderful to see the declutter muscle getting stronger as the days go along.

I've been really needing to clean my bathroom counter, but kept putting it off. This video motivated my to do a quick clean, and I'm so happy I did. I love these videos and this whole series with Eunice has been so inspiring and motivating for me. I can't wait to see the finished product.
Not sure about the editing, but I am listening to you on headphones and the sound changes are significant between voiceover and the real video. I am 8 minutes in and I had to multiple times adjust sound so my ears can take the transitions. P.S. Just to edit I think it's also echo in the bathroom. All the bottles hitting surfaces kept making the noises.
I prefer the music. It’s hard to fill every second with dialogue and it’s not as interesting to me when you’re working alone with no sound. My two cents.
Decluttering is dreadful for me because of the various garbage categories in Japan. For bulky items which is more than 30 cm (if I am not mistaken), we have to apply and pay for bulky trash disposal. Plus the different days for different kinds of garbage etc. Decluttering itself can be very draining. Add these additional logistics to it... It makes things harder.
