      992 porsche are delivered ONLY between march and june. Porsche is losing a lot of money on taycan, and they are NOT giving allocations for 911 to any dealer who cant sella certain amount of taycans....thsi is why you are seeing taycans selling all over the place, at extreme discounts with no buyers... DEMAND for 911 is for cars BELOW 50 thousand euro,, currently in europe there is over 1200 911 for sale and NOT a single one of them has single bidder.
      PORSCHEIS NOT MISSING SEMI CONDUCTORS< PORSCH I SNOT MANUFACTURING cars becuase they have had a gargantuan record of delinquencies on leasing of their vehiles for 2 straight years in a row one worse than the other.. at mercedes the situations is multiple by 20 times....
      the ca rindustry in germany is at all time higg illiquiditym that could drag german baking system into a catastrophe 100 times worse than what greece suffered many years ago.
      expect used porsche prices go as low as 60% less of current prices early next year.

    Okay, this has got to stop. Car flipping isnt a real market. The 992 blows the doors off previous Porsche models in every way possible. The 992 Carrera S is about as fast as a 991.2 GT3 on a circuit racetrack. The U.S is poised for a credit market CRASH with unserviceable debt loads. The stimulus packages went to .025 % of the wealthiest people on this planet in America. TSMC predicts a OVERABUNDANCE of 4nm chipsets by summer 2022, and Chinese suppliers are at FULL capacity for auto supplies. The bottleneck is shipping lanes. America has seen a housing price increase in some wealthy parts as much as 19% ON AVERAGE, WITH NO JOB BASE9 CREATED. The bottom line is, YOU WILL MOST LIKELY LOSE MONEY Buying OLD CAR OR NEW CAR INVESTMENTS VERY SOON.

    I own 4 supercars (458 scud performante r8) and 2 regular 911s and pretty much everything has appreciated. I sold the 2 911s for a profit recently because I figure I can always buy back these mass produced models. I am looking for more limited supercars to buy as I don’t want to wait a year or two, but many have gotten so high it’s hard to justify (such as the Porsche gt). Obviously I have looked at “forgotten” models such as f12 599 ff murcie SLR sls but some of those have such low inventory there’s limited choice and One can’t statistically confirm an average fair price since nothing is moving. I am wondering if u can make a video to see which low volume supercar hasn’t appreciated as much and has potential. Thank u!!

    I just sold my Porsche 992 into the trade for it's new price at 18 months old. At the moment they are selling retail 1 year old with nearly a 10 percent premium. That includes my car which popped up on a dealer advert. Although there is low supply of new cars I think you have to be really motivated to buy a regular production used car for a new price when it isn't a GT or special limited numbers model.

Its like driving your 911 off-road to the campsite. Sure you have the cool top compartment, but you wrecked your under carriage. Just buy an SUV. Its the same here your buying a car as an investment? Silly. Just go invest in a proper investment.

Not giving up on our 911 dream we found a 30000 mile 2008 997.1 Cab S. This car put the smile back on our face's, sound, throttle response and just the feel in general. This information does not seem consistent with some of your other recent videos. In this video, you are saying there is NO depreciation in a 2 year old car. That it's already climbing in value like it was 10+ years old, after a long period of depreciation. You have other recent videos that show long periods of price declines in 911's before they ever level out, and later begin to climb.
    If your data is accurate, it confirms to me that this market is severely screwed up, and is about the worst time possible to buy a Porsche. I was looking to buy, but not now. This is a bubble that is going to burst. I'll wait until then.

      Why do you think this is a clickbait title?It's a channel about car values and the title states that the 992 was the worst to own when compared to other 911s. This is line with the video content and the data on which the content is based.

    • @p1ca550
      @p1ca550 2 роки тому

      @@fourwheeltrader I’ll ask a simple question before i dive into details. Are you objectively saying that the 992 is the worst 992 to own based on the appreciation rate compared to older 911 platforms? Meaning you’ll recommend owning an older platform not the 992.

    • @fourwheeltrader
      @fourwheeltrader  2 роки тому +2

      @P1ca550 No that's not what the video says or what it recommends. The video says quite clearly that compared to other 911 generations, the appreciation rate was the worst for the 992. Therefore, "based on the price increase alone, the 992 was the worst 911 to own" ( 9:38 ) . The video doesn't provide recommendations as to what you should do with this information, that's up to you.
      In my perspective, the title could only be interpreted as clickbait by people who are expecting a video which justifies the value label 'the worst' by anything else than the price development. It's unlikely that these people are subscribed as my channel only discusses car values.
      I'm against the use of clickbait titles and i also don't gain anything from it. As far as I'm aware, youtube only counts a video view once a viewer watched at least 30 seconds of the video. In the first 30 seconds i clearly state that this is a video about price developments. Therefore, the viewer knows quickly what he or she can expect to see and based on this decide to watch it or not.
