    Great thought provoking video. Especially pointing out concentric and unilateral aspects of cycling. I will definitely think more about modifying my weight training routine in-season and off-season.

    Sled pushes/pulls are great concentric exercises all year long.

    Right so what’s the optimal dose of strength training?it is never answered.

      fair question! maybe the title should have been FINDING the optimal dose...all his points help us think of aspects of training that we need to consider in order to figure out our own optimal dose (as for everything in training, there's no one good general rec since we are all different!). My bad if that came across as misleading.
