- This song is SO much fun. Initially when I did my SR back last year I noped so hard on the bursts. This also features one of my all time best section FCs. 1:42 and on (starting at the poly snares) was absolutely stupid. I genuinely don't know If I could ever hit all of that again

Man's really playing rock band with this amount of skill. Heel toe and everything
Oui, this one was impressive
Please upload more Rings of Saturn! This was so amazing. It doesn't even have to be a 99% or GS
Thank you! It’s typically hard for me to justify these uploads unless I’m 100% certain I can’t FC them. I’ll keep that in mind going forward, there is some really fun RoS tracks
@@BirdmanExe you could fc this with a week of so of practice I bet
honestly sounds like a drumline irl. sick stuff
Man I dread playing this song on clone hero, I couldn’t imagine even attempting it here.
Holy Shit!
Poly section fc still ridiculous. ggs once again
Upstairs neighbor activities
Bro. My god.
Rings of Saturn are just too nuts
dude wtf
Omg
We all know brian is insane so this is a great accomplishment...
I think the Brian you're talking about could hardly get close to this run 😂
@@BrianTheDrummer9192 holy shit it's Brian the drummer for Rings of Saturn
@@MikeCaputo oh hello Mike, drummer for Rings of Sacrifice 😜
Any chance you could upload or tell us where to find a tutorial on setting this up? Got my first edrum kit and would love to mess around with this.
are you fast enough to play any Ophidian I yet?
I saw you struggle with the 300 bpm song a while back
I’ve been able to play that speed of double bass since 2017 but, the hands is a completely different story :❩
Can you dodo The Macrocosmos? That's my favourite Rings Of Saturn's song
Isnt the ride cymbal all the way to your right? I would assume that's you blue cymbal note? If not it males sense why your crash is triggering the blue notes. If not did you change it to trigger the blue note if so how?
I actually have several duplicated cymbals in my setup. From left to right: Yellow, Yellow, Blue, Yellow, Green, Blue.
You can modify the midi# within the module to mirror settings to utilize more cymbals within the game.
@@BirdmanExe I thought thats what you did. I just didn't want to do that because Ive already got it fine turned to trigger superior Drummer 3 accurately. nice job
I can see why 66samus says he can't do this
Triggers?
Say you don't know what triggers are without saying you don't know what triggers are
@@MikeCaputo I don’t play drums lol, I’m a guitarist. I just know what I’m seeing doesn’t match with what the game is showing.
@@j_hicks838 say you don't know anything about foot technique without saying you don't know anything about foot technique
@@MikeCaputo say you’re an asshole without saying you’re an asshole. It was just a question. Thanks for answering.
a bit of a serious answer, since no one is born with infinite knowledge:
"Triggers?" - well yeah, that's how electronic drums work; there's a trigger inside each pad; when it's hit, it sends a signal to the drum module, which in turn sends it to the game. however, it does _not_ send extra signals, it just captures what the drummer plays.
"I just know what I’m seeing doesn’t match with what the game is showing." - that might be for two reasons; if you refer to the foot pedal, for a good chunk of the parts he's using the heeltoe technique, which, if you're familiar with the term "double-stroke", it's essentially that, but for the kick pedal (try to pay attention to the rebound of the bass drum beater at those parts). the original drummer of this very song actually uses the same technique.
if you refer to parts like 1:01, it's because there's a "lane" underneath; those "lanes" allow the drummer to not play those rolls at the exact speed, giving them some extra leniency, and are generally used in parts where the drummer plays a roll without a exact speed in the original song as well (in this case, a gravity blast).
hope this helps you understand what's going on better
