    hey im a P.T from New Zealand ,these videos are awesome!!!
    I have so many question for you haha
    -do you use indoors and outdoors all year round ? or just according to the seasons/weather ?
    -do you run classes all year round ?
    -what days and time slots do you run ?
    -how long are your sessions?
    -what have you found to be the most effective way of marketing your classes ?

    • @axfit
      @axfit  10 років тому +1

      Hey Frank Morey Thank you so much, we are having a blast here in Windsor Ontario.
      1- Yes we go outside in the spring/summer and early Fall then indoors for the winter. It's freezing here during the winter months, however I have my wednesday night Adrenaline UnLeash class that is outdoors all year round. For the most extreme-through snow, sleet, rain EVERYTHING. I also run my Stair workout in the arena all year round since it is such an amazing workout. \
      2- Yes I run class all year round, non stop. No sessions, just on going classes same time each day and week for the past 7 years and for the next 40 years. haha
      3- I have a morning classes at 9 am every MON/WED/FRI/SAT and night classes at 6pm MON/TUES/WED/THURS . In the Summer we do SUP Training and those are scattered through out the week as well.
      4- Regular sessions are 1 hour long, the intense UnLeash class can be from 1-2.5 hours depending on the group and drop point we are at that week. (It's a different location each week)
      Most effective way is through blogging on my website, facebook, donate my time to doing warmups for races, training schools or workplaces. When I first got going I would put flyers, postcards everywhere, (under windshields, mailboxes, poles..everywhere) Everywhere I go I try to talk about my classes, if someone calls me up on my phone to sell me on a product I make sure before I hang up I tell them about my training...hahha Eat , Breath, and Sleep your training. :D
      Hope I helped and if you have anything more you want to know check out my website. www.axfit.com we have great things on there or email me at adrenalinefit@gmail.com

  • @ObjectFitness

    It seems like your bootcamp is time interval when you are inside in the basketball court what are you doing 1min sets? 45sec? I am interested to know

    • @axfit
      @axfit  10 років тому

      Hey they are 1 minute sets, but you could do 45 sec or whatever works, it's great to change it up with your group.

    • @ObjectFitness

      Thanks yea I have been doing a bootcamp for a while and I am familiar with metabolic conditioning but I just liked how it looked like you set up those workouts! good work great videos appreciate the feedback too AXFIT.COM

  • @lifelightFR
    @lifelightFR 10 років тому +1

    What do you call the workout that your clients were doing outside with the the mixture of exercises and whats the time frame for each set?

    • @axfit
      @axfit  10 років тому

      I do them for 1-1.5 minute rounds with either some plank holds or pushups in between the sets. I don't have a set name for them usually when writing my workouts I just write it down as "On caller's", since they are doing my demands on call. I drop these in often with my training, when I know my group needs to spike their heart rate up. Super intense and you can really do any set drills with it! Hope this helps!

    • @lifelightFR
      @lifelightFR 10 років тому +1

      Very helpful. Thank you. In between sets when fitted the rest time occur?

    • @axfit
      @axfit  10 років тому

      tavarus blanchard Ya I through little rest periods in after too, just short ones enough time for some water. We just usually slow things down with a plank hold or some superman drills... something thats a lot easier and will let their heart rate drop, then we spike it back up again.

    • @lifelightFR
      @lifelightFR 10 років тому +1

      Ok. That's what I figured. I just thought I'd ask. Are your workouts typically nonstop with minimal rest periods with time and reps?

    • @axfit
      @axfit  10 років тому

      tavarus blanchard Ya our Hour sessions are pretty non stop the whole time. Some short water breaks but for only 30-1 min rest and I count them out and push the group to get back right on time. Ill slow things down with different drills but I work them hard and they love it!
