As a Thai and therapeutic massage therapist of 25 years plus and currently has a frozen shoulder from an injury, this lady is spot on and I wish she lived near me to fix my shoulder! It's frustrating when you can't work on your own body and to find the right therapist for the job. Learning a lot myself with this video. Thank you 🙏🏽

I wish I knew you were available when I had bilateral frozen shoulder and spent 18 months in physical therapy. Finally, it thawed out. You are a highly gifted therapist and a great instructor. I like how you worked on the pec minor, which is often forgotten in frozen shoulder treatment. Great video. Thanks.

I'm not a therapist by such a long shot. Just a lowly husband trying to help my wife's severe frozen shoulder during the plague when she can't see her PT. We do this routine daily. I'm gradually getting the hang of it. Thinking of trying to make your music my new ringtone or wake-up theme. It's been incredibly helpful.

I'm just starting on my journey to help my wife with her frozen shoulder. She is a dr who has really been suffering with pain. Her physical therapist /massage lady really helps. But its $$ and not as frequent as we want. I want to help her daily. I got a massage table and have been giving her a 30 minute body massage 2x per week for about 6 weeks. But I'd like to learn now to deal with her shoulder issue
If you have any leads, I'd love to hear them.

Great video. I went to one OT and he gave me basic up and down exercises saying work thru the pain. I left him and now just started seeing a PT who is doing this technique, also using a gun massager in the spots you talk about along with hand message. I cant not believe the relief I have had in only 2 sessions. I’m not healed yet, but this technique rocks! Thanks so much for posting

That move is like a modified distraction of the scapula. Ooou that subscap. Clients need education on the term "deep tissue" for sure. The shoulder complex is so involving. Also, pin and stretch is everything! I loved this video.

Thank you so much for this product we therapeutically brilliant tutorial. Also thank you so much putting some thought into how you present it. i’m so sick of people who turn on the camera and simply start talking often just off the cuff without thinking about what you’re going to say. I see this all the time in all sorts of videos. You have completely utilized the forum by using voice over and putting little Informational inserts such as diagrams, pictures of anatomy, drawings, etc. resulting in a much better tutorial. Thanks so much I will be watching others

I have one-sided scapular/neck, and chest pain and there all feeding off each other. I know it’s all muscular, all other tests are normal. I like your style... I'll give you that. You understand your anatomy and what to be cautious about, however the discrepancy I have is that videos on fascial Adhesions and how to REALLY get rid of them in clients rarely gets addressed. Most videos use clients with bodies that are easy to manipulate. I've work on thousands of bodies where the muscle tissue did not yield so easy to my fingertips no matter how many passes or stretches. I've found many times tissue feeling like cement. What would you suggest? A lot of Pin and Stretch? What is your take on that?
