Watched this at least four times now. Love the way you work as a team. Im going give this a go. I'll remember to just tilt it just a little bit with the adjustable square.
Oh, how I wish we could get/order your BEATIFUL"" Creation Campers" here in Canada Waahh !!! 😰😥 Such awesome work, and sweet family people, with such a great cooperative, true team work attitude in how to do things and the knowledge and abilities are spot on ! Oh well, we will just have to wait for you folks to open an Ontario Canadian branch... LOL! 🤔😊👍🙌
Good stuff, Creation Campers are back up. Nice job, definately buyin a router, and earmuffy thingys. Nice 1 Gem, doing a cracker job on the door. I'm rethinking, maybe a Commuter instead of an Iload or a Transporter. Thanks m8, you and yours stay safe and well.
I’ve just come across this video, great workmanship from the both of you, didn’t realise that you were from Wrexham, I used to live down the road in Llay, just watched a few of the other videos and recognised where you are, a lovely peaceful spot by the river 👌🏻
Although I know myself it might be useful to say how you make the jig/template ie get the straight edges and nice curves Love the way UA-cam automatically generates captions based on your “regional” ascent Great video BTW
Great idea to use the router to cut out the locker door. Do you think those evo design catches would work ok for drawers? The info says it’s a drawer and door catch.
Hya. just found and subscribed. I'm not a router expert but I enjoyed watching you do this. I'm presuming you used 15mm ply? If I was to attempt this using a 9mm ply template to cut 18mm ply, what length of bit would you suggest to router out two doors like you showed here? You mentioned the width of the cut but not the depth of the cutter. Many thanks :) - Kenny
Hiya, thanks for making and sharing this video. Where do you get the aluminium strip from that fits the front and bottom of the cupboard together? Thanks 🙂
I would never ever use particle board for the reason being that it expands and screws come loose with any amount of humidity ! Now if you say used just plywood then I would say yes ! And yes that's from practical on the job 30+ yrs experience in renovation and repair and custom cabinetry making
You should really be using ear protection as well tinnitus isn’t nice believe me I know, very informative always a quandary as to the best way to router out doors many thanks
Being less practiced, and prone to messing up; I'd have to put a shim on the off side of the router while cutting the door to prevent the router from tipping. Because, for me you know - it would. I was wondering if putting the slot cutting router in a table so you don't have to clamp the door down then take time to unclamp, reposition, reclamp. If the table surface was small enough you could grip the door on the edges so you had a proper grip. Being a wee bit older than you can say this (as in been there done that); get some hearing protection when using those machines. I prefer over the ear, but I got these molded units from Amazon for when I ride the motorcycle and tend to use them now (don't squish my head!). It does NOT affect the wife filter either. :^)
We love what we do, working would be no fun if we didn't enjoy it! We love that we can be creative and build things for people to just how they want it! Every job is different so never gets boring, obviously we don't enjoy the other side of running a business like taxes and vat!!!
It’s obvious they love what they do and it’s more than just a job! If they didn’t enjoy it and it was only a job for them then I can promise you that they would not be making these videos to try and help show us out here how to do it on our own
You just use corner blocks to hold the whole cupboard up? This strong enough? I know people are unlikely to store really heavy stuff up there but just wondering how strong that actually is.
Mate me and my missus can't make a brew without falling out, big respect ❤
Tip. Tape a small offcut of the ply to router base to stop it tiping inwards
I must congratulate you on the best instructions I have seen yet. Thanks for all the effort guys, keep it shiny side up. 🇬🇧✌️

This is really great craftsmanship and awsome detail will use this as a guide.
That looks absolutely amazing! I have to ask though, where did you get that wood, and what is it called?

I was wondering the same thing.
Hi, what have you used on the van to line the walls? It doesn't look like carpet. Thanks
Hi guys love the videos, can I ask where you buy your T trim

Best way to cure tinnitus…….keep using the router without ear-pro. Takes a little while, but it definitely works
@@kalikasurf sorry what is it that you use for tinnitus?
@@Teknamli going deaf……from continuing using loud machinery without ear-pro.
it was a joke.
@@kalikasurf got excited there for a second
Could you please let me know where to get the blinds for the frame windows. Thanks
What size screws do you use to screw the 4 screws for the front to the back of the evo catchers many thanks
Can I ask what type and size of router bit you use to cut out doors to accommodate T trim on door and T trim on opening .? thanks M

What wood do you use and how is the cupboard held/attached to the ceiling / wall? Cheers
These are made from high gloss cream lightweight plywood, held to the walls with kregs and to the celings with corner connectors
What fixing did you use to to fix the cabinet to the van so that it's safe?
Hi. Where do u get that glossed board from. And is it painted gloss finish or laminate. Cheers.
