That being said it only applies to the gen 1 mjionir and not the gen 2 because it used liquid crystal to move as it reacted and contracts and expands based on electrical signals rather than any kind of traditional movement system like motors or artificial muscle fibers. but yeah, he wouldn't feel the weight of the armor since it essentially becomes one with him. every movement her makes, the armour moves with him

Technically, the drilling isn't anything to do with the armor, the REAL Mjolnir armor set up is set up over the painless undersuit and the undersuit is designed to have the armor components slide over it and the armor halves screw into each other to lock in place.
