    While Redshift may not come with a dedicated toon shader node (fingers crossed for the future!), I'm here to show you how to construct one from the ground up, employing a blend of nodes and techniques.

    Doing a second render with the standard toon shader just to get the line work and combining in comp would also work really well. Hopefully redshift is working on some toon shader nodes though, Arnold has some amazing versatility with various toon features.

      100%, honestly if I was going to do anything toon shaded for real, I would just use arnold. Going to do a tutorial on that down the line.

    In Redshift Toon Materials, when I apply the alpha image to the plane polygon, the line is not represented by the alpha map, but it comes out according to the plane. How can I make the line appear according to the alpha map?
