Better intro: "You know everything about aperture iso and Shutter-Speed? Great, then you don't need to watch this video at all!"
Well it does say for beginners right in the title.
Daniel Melzer Photography huh I love the way I am a bhi chalega was a good day e w
notice in the title how the video is labeled for beginners >.> but I understand where you're coming from
Just blaze it in f22 the higher the better
Uh, I'm in a college photography class that teaches ISO, shutter speed, and aperture. It does NOT tell you about the Canon app, because everyone has a different DSLR camera. I have horrid vision and need new glasses, so my focus has been really off. Now I can use my phone to get clearer images with my Rebel T6. So yeah, this DOES help. It just saved me a lot of stress!
Long exposure with f3.5? Boi you're dangerous
"Avoid using flash. It mostly ruins the shot." When used correctly, flash can inspire creativity within a shot. You are able to have full control of your lighting with flash. Telling someone to avoid using flash in photography is like telling someone to fish without bait.
These are not DSLR tricks... Instead these are just basic lessons...
Anu K Mathew thank you
yes
Yes.
Thank you & I know that as a beginner these are just basics..
300th like for your comment
here to correct and help.:
1 for long exposure aka couple seconds you need tripod because handheld photo will look like abomination.
2 for that lamp he should just lowered iso and make shutter speed about half second and iso 200 that would be it. 30 sec exposure was not needed and it results in blurry leafs on trees.
3 portraits buy cheap 50mm f1,8 and you will be better but if can't affod it zoom all the way in (to longest part of lens) and come close to subject.
4 landscape photo f11-16 is enough for sharpness and rest but if you will still need tripod if you are planing to use slow or long shutter speed
5 not all cameras have wi fi be aware of that
6 just don't play too much withe white balance just a little
7 if handheld don't use less than 60th of a sec or if have to only up to 30th of a sec because photos will be blurred because of shaking. and take a deep breath before shooting it it helps to reduce vibrations.
and most important tip we photographers or anybody can't show and teach you is: COMPOSITION
there are rules but that's about it. learn rule of thirds for start.
Look at other photographers work and try to get that mentality in head. (@jozo.photography on instagram and jozo saravanja photography on FB. look at photos and try to see compositions and rules i apply to my photos)
PS: learn to edit and shoot in raw it makes all the difference
and if you are serious just learn MANUAL mode aka shutter speed, iso, apereture etc.
there are a lot videos on that topic on youtube.
jozo šaravanja Manual is the only way to go.
Spot on ❤️
I'm sorry but if you're using a kit lens, which would here, be an 18-55, it's pointless using 3.5 as an aperture at 18mm, at that focal length almost everything will still be in focus unless the subject is super close to the camera, and who clicks a portrait at 18mm? You're better off zooming all the way in and using 5.6. I'd get better bokeh on my 24-105 F4 at 105mm than I would with my 18-35 1.8 sigma at 18mm. I appreciate your content, but please don't just put out anything. There were some more factual errors, but i'm not trying to criticise. Just pointing out a flaw in the research.
He surely doesn't know shit about photography and just did it for the sake of this video.
bingo
Not necessarily. If he's close to the subject he'll still get lots of bokeh. But I agree with everything else. He is very mistaken on a lot of things for sure.
That was my exact thought.
Pointing out a flaw is criticizing
Also,Finally u do a review about CANON 70D....Noxious.
This was amazing video for beginners! Thank You so much!
Why would you set your ISO to 400 when you are shoot an inanimate object while using a tripod?
In portrait photography, you usually want to get the most bokeh possible so why would you close up your aperture?
Very hands-on video. It was helpful to see the settings for each successful and unsuccessful shot. Thank you!
Do not lower your aperture for low light shots 😑
yes, right. He did that photo of a tree in low light with f22 and 30 sec. the leaves were blurred due to motion. at 1:32 the photo lighting is good but he didn'e focused well.
Tim Fuzail when you can't focus at all, f22 is you only chance haha
Daniel Melzer Photography fake it till you make it 🤔

F22 isn't the sweetspot. It's far from it lol (unless you like ketchup with your diffractions)
Lorenzo Giola what about hating instead of hitting
he's not hating he's just sharing his opinion
Thanks man. it ain't even technically an opinion really. The sweetspot for most lenses is between F4 and F8, after F16 diffraction starts to kick in and at F22 it's usually pretty bad...
Ginzo I only usually use f22 for a starburst effect or can you get this with a wider aperture? As for the sweet spot on your lens, usually 5-6 stops up from widest aperture of the lens, seems to work okay for me but photography is always a learning curve and takes years. 📸
Ginzo he didn't say that the sweet spot was F22 he said it's all about hitting that sweet spot. So you should get your facts right. This guy is helping newbies, and pointing out the obvious to us pro photographers. Great video thanks.
I have watched hundreds of videos explaining these stuff but this one blew my mind. It`s so simple and head on. Great job.
thanks guys for this video....really appreciated...
Just found this channel & I'm liking it. You guys are amazing at what you do!
Looking at how you mounted that lens in the beginning, I'm not sure whether you should give photogryphy tips
Second Here. Love from NEPAL.
Naveen Dahal here too! Nepali in hong kong tho
I hate hong kong
I love it when idiots like you think they are one of the first commenting on a video. Also, nobody gives a fuck you come from Nepal!
and nobody giving a FUCK about your comment. such a loser
Great job & thank you for the valuable tips.
I liked the most the low light pictures plus the low shutter speed at the highway to capture that effect on light
The White balance effect was great too
Which Intro Music is that
only trick does matter, not composition.
Beeebombom🤒 I think beebom bought his first dslr just to make this video.
:D
No man, they are done with PS goo.gl/vcbEyx
TS Prasanna I have a t3 rebel. Do I have a DSLR? Is it a good camera?
Thanks for taking the time to show your work!
thank you for this video. very well demonstrated. keep doing your great job !!
Everything is so wrong in this video
not really, these are basic adjustments that everyone makes differently
could you explain to me, as a beginner, how this video is incorrect so I can make the proper adjustments myself?
Yes man he uses f/22 which is sooo wrong
@@himanshupradhan5796 what should we do then?
@@Francois_Dupont f22 makes has a really small opening so diffraction occurs making the image look soft. You shouldn't be going beyond f16
If you are a real Teacher then tell me Which Editing Software do u use.?
Look, i just found this video and i insta subbed. I love tech and stuff and this channel is very, very entertaining!
Also you seem like a very nice guy! :)
Don't shoot portraits at 18mm f3.5, shoot on 55mm f5.6 or lowest available. Keep focal length above 30mm for portraits.
Now u got more subs beeboom
sweet spot at f22? Dude...
This was really helpful, thanks
Good video my friend, thank you for the tips and tricks.
Ayyy, Sharun!
BigBadroid 😊
24x7 Techie There you are bro!
Wasted 9 minutes of my life
Sorry
Great tips in a small video, love the way you presented the video :-)
Good examples and simple explanations. Thanks!
I think you should stick to your phone cameras, and please use the presets. DSLR is obviously too much kit for you to understand, and especially beyond your grasp to be teaching about. There are a ton of free classes online that you should probably look into.
plz do a video about Nikon d3300 ..
Prabhu Pradhan its simply awesome...go for it...although getting suitable lens is troublesome
debarghya m thanks ...ok
but I have already tried a lot in different way but when I walk on some up and down surface my video go little unstable so in that case what I will do
What do you need help with? I shoot with it.
You are great explainer. Even though i knew all of that it's good to see a guy that actually knows how to take good pictures.
I loved this video, it was very helpful! Thanks for making it
2 seconds in video and the hand is about to drop the camera..
rebuttal coming soon. this video was filled with misinformation and lack luster composition throughout
Thank you so much for this amazing video, which proves you're a genius pro photographer. It's helping me a lot. Keep it up :)
Really great explanation with really great and useful examples and tips. Thank you so much for the explanation. Please make more videos on this.
very basic stuff
yeah
Sony X people who "know everything about iso Shutter-Speed and Aperture" really don't need this video.
This video could actually make people worse photographers than they were before.
Daniel Melzer Photography if someone want to be a photographer they should know this first
Well you clearly didn't read the title, ignorance at it's finest.
Ascendity well, you know titles can be changed, afterwords.
u mad bro don't drop the apature below f16 the STM kit lense is sharp as hell from f5.6-f8 as apature if u want a blurred background zoom all the way in to 55mm to distinguish Ur subject from background and the distance between the subject and background Matters hope this helps
impressive video, very simple and straight to the point, I like how you put the settings below the actual image that you are showing, that way I can screen shot that and get back to it when playing with my camera. thanx a lot.
Great work!
Always appreciate your efforts.....
your info is all wrong
You're just telling us your camera features that you recently found out in your camera
Probably two points I'd add are 1) making sure your shots are in focus and 2) checking your exposure meter
thank you for this video XD!!! great tips
bro please make a video on how to take a good photo from mobile device
Its simple...
You cant :)
Ethan B savage...😀😁
both of you FO
ne motha mooditu po
u guys 😂😂😂
“This is the perfect shot in my opinion”
Yikes.
Very informative tutorial, Mr. Beebom. Many thanks
very helpful thank you
F/22 is NOT a good aperture for any shot... it brings in diffraction artifacts. If you really need to have that kind of shots (viz trail shots, smoothing water), better to use about f/11 and then capture multiple shots with higher shutter speed and merge them in post.
Not even 2 mins into the video and the dislike button got smashed! Seriously dude WTF!
Aditya Mahat haha lol
screw them kind of people they are All over the world !
can you elaborate pls
yes i said dont worry about the foolish people that hit the dislike button your Always going to have people that are ignorant ! So just keep making Good videos and don`t wrry about ignorant people . O and by the way i think it was a Good video!
Solar Flare show me your tactics bro?
Such useful information for beginners.. Thanks..
Thanks for sharing it.
Says he's going to do an instructional vid , uses auto 😂 😂
Disappointing, it's so basic
Sir, you are a GENIUS! I didn't know about the canon app. I've been having real trouble with my bad vision and being able to focus using either the viewfinder or the screen. My smartphone works with my camera, and no more fuzzy pictures!
Very educational, good job and keep it up
some of these tips were kind of wrong honestly
True :(
Useless and misleading tips rather...... taking photos with wrong way isn't a trick.....
Ur all videos are really useful..... Thanks man
Thk u for this video.
I liked it very much.
heres a cool trick. set your ISO to 100, your shutterspeed to 30 seconds and your aperture to f/22 then drop your camera into a puddle of water and climb a tree then when you get to the highest point of the tree jump into the puddle face first, make sure your face hits your camera. that will fix your eyes :)
who liked the video before watching? i did
sushant nassa
Me because I knew it would be awesome as always 👍
no one it's shitty and doesn't show anything new just makes you dumber
Great tips!
Excellent theory and practical teaching skills about photography thank you so much 😇
the only trick is there is no trick at all
what cancer did I just watch
Purbayan Bhattacharyya thats what i thought
I know right 😂
Well your channel is shit
Noo, we are not going to hide the fact that that intro is really cool, I love this channel
Nicely done.
Makes me wanna vomit...
I'm professional so this video is very silly for me :) no hate
Same here, I watch Peter McKinnon, he has some actually informative videos
savage boi not even a pro but the video is still amazingly stupid
Mihir Koyande mihir I am willing to buy canon 750D usa version T6i
Can you suggest as you have it is it good.
rajesh mopi I've nikon d750 and canon 1200d if you're in search of beginners dslr canon is the way to go as they provide adequate buttons to make fast setting changes. Close your eyes and buy any new model of canon dslr. I guess it's canon d750 is a older version. You should check out canon 800d and 77d if it's in your budget or the 1300d. If you want to check out the pics I've clicked with 1200d check out @psycho_ladka on instagram the recent pic is from d750 and other old pictures are from 1200d :) welcome to the world of photography
Mihir Koyande you are honest thanks. Bcz I google nd contacted lot of proutuber dslr guy's all wrote.
Canon is best nikon is just additional features with less price nd no resale value. I m getting 750d canon usa version T6I from one guy selling with receipt.
It's unopened and with warranty and with lens in rs42000.
Is it good offer
This video has helped me so much thank you !
Great video
Thanks 👍👌
thx this video was very helpful
Great job Rupesh. Forgive me but I noticed your misalignment (physically appearing) of the eyes, yet you KNOW what the world looks like. Just goes to say the power of the human organism knows no bounds. There's definitely much more to us than meets the eye. We all have our deformities, and that SYMBOLIZES us as individuals. Thank you for being here my man. Peace and love
Thanks for the tips Rupesh
Very very useful video for the beginners...thanks very much sir!!!.....
