During the president's speech, he says "Let's Do This!" which is a quote that Bain always says. A spin-off game where you are a rouge squad of elites (a Cloaker, a Dozer, a Taser, and a Medic), who are trying to take down President Bain for the countless police deaths from Payday 2, and are also trying to replace their comrades in arms with their more brutal Payday 3 versions. Instead of heists and kidnappings, you perform police raids and extractions, and are trying to rally other officers to your cause. Every once in a while you get to fight one of the Payday heisters as a boss. Each elite has their own unique skills and perks which fit then character, as well as weapon sets.
So uh, wait a momend... If Bain is dead, then who is the operator for the gang in Payday 3? Even when he is alive and the president, i'm sure he cant be the brain behind the gang anymore. Or is the gang like: "Okay guys, Bain taught us everything he knew, we know how to do that. Lets show him that we where good apprentices and make him proud! Let's do this!"
Pretty sure it’s gonna be a whole different cast and everything, the last ending credits make it clear the crew moves on, doubt we’ll see any of them again unless a cameo mission
