The 25 of 400 quilts that u showed here, there were some I hadn't seen in other videos. Ty it's nice to see what impressed you. I enjoyed the pictures at the end and music 🎶.
Hi Becca, Wowza! Great photos, great times, how nice you have all these wonderful memories! I admit, I teared up, A LOT, brought back quilt shows and sewing/embroiery expos me and my bestest sewing buddy used to go to back a decade ago or so. I sure miss those times, so, I’m just sayin’ …..don’t you regret not going next year! Do it while you can even if you go just to see all these new friends you made, and enjoy the quilts! Love your videos!
Hey, thanks a bunch for your sweet comment! It's amazing how memories can flood back with a single photo, right? Let's keep cherishing those good times!
Call me sappy, but your last segment of photos with everyone made me a little teary eyed. The joy on your faces, knowing the struggles so many have been and are still going through, but thankfully made a little softer with friends that “get” their safe place. A beautiful video of art, friendship, a common love of everything sewing, and the bonds that have formed as a result.♥️
Loved the quilts you selected to show and how great was it to meet all the quilty peeps!?! Glad you had a great time with friends and took time to share so much of it with us along the way!
Thank you for sharing your experience! I have never been to QuiltCon but plan on going in 2025 because I live in the Phoenix metro area! I faithfully watch you, Tiffany and Ian and am inspired by every video! As my favorite content creators you’ve made a significant impact on my quilting journey. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Much love!💞❤️🥰
I know for sure Tiffany is planning on Phoenix, and I think Ian & I are as well. I don't think Donna is going, though. Maybe we'll convince her to change her mind!
Saw you with Tiffany and a gang taking a group photo so didn’t want to interrupt to introduce myself, but wanted say thank you here for your helpful and inspiring content!
QuiltCon was such an amazing experience. I’ve been to many quilt shows before, but never experienced such an inclusive and loving experience as I did here. I was hesitant to seek out the people I follow on UA-cam since I didn’t know how well it would be received or I didn’t want to intrude. I know them but they don’t know me. Lesson learned. Next time, I will definitely say “hello”. And the quilts! Talk about being gobsmacked. WOW.❤
Love it when you share your experiences with us that are unable to attend. It's a wonderful thing to be able to see everyone and make new friends as well. This was a special time and making memories of a lifetime with friends 💕
After hearing so many negatives about Quilt Con regarding especially lack of chairs and vendor supplies, it was good to watch your much more positive experience!
I'm sad there were so many who felt Quiltcon was sub-par! It was an amazing experience with (what I heard was) record breaking crowds! That might have been why the vendors didn't have much left. I can tell you - no vendor booth I visited was EVER empty - Thursday through Saturday!
I live in Phoenix. Guess where I'm going next February?! I am amazed at the beautiful work on display from this year! My quilts have that "special homemade" look. No evil spirits will be able to escape from my quilts. 🤣
Thank u for showing me the show thru your beyes👀🤗I’ve never been to Any show n most likely never will 🥺age n finance’s But it was awesome watching you n ur crazy fun friends . Happy you all enjoyed 🤗👏🏼🥳 sew on live on 🥳🥳
Hey, Becca! Wow! Such great pics of quits-thanks for the closeups-and of all the people! What a fabulous, joyful coming together of quilty friends-old and new! Yep. FOMO is a thing! Can’t wait until The Nut House retreat! ❤️ Thanks, and stay well! Muskoka ON 🇨🇦
Thanks for taking time while at QuiltCon to say hello and do a pix.. Love your UTube channel. Raleigh was the 2nd QuiltCon for me - Austin preCovid was the first - this incredible show has come a long way in a short time!! All I can say is WOW!!! the facility was wonderful, the city was wonderful. The quilts were amazing and such an inspiration, always leaves me feeling like a novice;) The variety of vendors was spectacular - good thing I had a budget and a max to put in my suitcase! Now to finish some WIPs and I can begin my new projects.
Your video is such a lovely recap of Quiltcon! It was such a pleasure to meet you and the gang. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and allowing me to be a groupie all weekend. I haven't laughed or smiled so much in ages. 🤩💖
Becca, absolutely loved the quilts you chose to show us from QuiltCon! I've been watching other videos, and didn't see any of the ones you posted. And a big thank you for passing on the shirt!
this is the BEST quilt con video I have seen!!!! it is so heart warming, genuine, positive, interesting, happy and the music is beautiful! good job Becca!!!
I am blown away by the stunning modern quilts. I subscribed to sew sampler for a few years and learned how to quilt, but the patterns seem so stale and dare I say old lady-ish. Can you recommend a good source for modern quilt patterns? Thanks for sharing Quiltcon.
Nope, this is just a standard sewing table with an area to recess any machine down inside of it. I've ordered a 'Sew Steady' surround and wrapped in white vinyl!
No - anyone can submit! I heard on a podcast (maybe The Quilter on Fire?) about how they judge quilts without even knowing who submitted - so I'd guess *anyone* can be accepted...it's more about the quilt than the quilter!
You looked like you had so much fun with your gang. Thank you for the memories.

QuitCon was so much fun spending time with you and all our friends.

Agree! Maybe I’ll make it to QuiltCon 2025 to take some sweet sappy pics too!

@@sewbecca that would be so awesome! I do also watch Donna’s channel! She’s pretty amazing too!
Wonderful pictures, you all look so happy , I’m so jealous xxxx
Thanks so much
Great video! I watched for you on Thursday, but no luck. I agree, it was so much fun!!🎉
Oh no, I'm so sorry! I wasn't at the show very much on Thursday as I had to do some work from the hotel room! :( :( :(
Wow! You really know how to put a video together! I enjoyed this so much!
Thank you!
What a wonderful recap Becca! Finally meeting you in real life was a highlight in my QC experience. So thankful to know you ❤ and to give you HUGS
I feel like I was just meeting someone I already knew *FOR*EVER*
Thank you for sharing this video it was beautiful! I felt so happy for you. 😊

Maybe next year!

Please do! I stopped several Sew-Lebrities I admire - and they were *all* gracious enough to chat with me and take a photo!
Thanks for the recap of QuiltCon. Loved the pics! I saw many UA-camrs that I watch and am subscribed to. **hugs**
Big Quilty hugs!
I’m so happy we got to meet you in person!! ❤💀*Tiny Wave *

Your quilts are not just for warmth, they're also keeping the supernatural at bay! Impressive multitasking!
You are so good on camera!
Thank you!
Maybe ask lecturers for listen later, at home facilities? You can maybe pick up kits for workshops and watch the how-to's later as well?
That's a really good tip! I know the MQG offered a 'streaming' package that allowed you to listen to lectures from home!
❤❤

You are so welcome!
Love the pics! You all looked like you had a great time making memories.
So many wonderful memories! I just wish I would have had more time to spend with everyone!
I would say 🎉🎉🎉🎉 you had a great time. Your smile says it all
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but a smile can say it all in just one!
Wow!! You captured so many quilts that I never even got to see while I was there. Thank you so much for sharing!
It was like a quilt treasure hunt, glad I could share the loot with you!
I am rethinking Phoenix as well! I am so happy that I got to meet you. You have been, and still are, very instrumental in my quilty life.
That's so heartwarming to hear! I'm glad I could make a positive impact in your quilting journey.

Quilting is a good therapy, I always called it stitch and bitch at the local quilt shop
That's awesome! Quilting is the best therapy, isn't it? Keep stitching and enjoying the process!
Wish the world would be a happy place like quiltcon ❤
It would be wonderful if we could all experience that level of joy and positivity in our daily lives.
Very good. Brought tears to my eyes for some reason. Thank you Becca. 😊
Hope those tears were tears of joy! Thanks for watching!!!

I'd say give Crimson Tate a try!!

Quilts were beautiful!
I'm glad you enjoyed the quilts - they were breathtaking!
So glad to hear that you had a great time 🎉
Great times are meant to be shared, glad I could be a part of it!
Im so glad you had a great time at quilt con 😊
Quilt con was sew much fun, pun intended!
It looks like you had so much fun. 😊
Yeah, it was a total blast! Thanks for watching!
Love that you got another Juki. I have a 2200 qvp mini (which I’m told is discontinued). Is that table built for the recessed Juki?
Nope, this is just a standard sewing table with an area to recess any machine down inside of it. I've ordered a 'Sew Steady' surround and wrapped in white vinyl!
Oh god, so wonderful to see... but about from the tl... did you shop?..
The quilts are amazing, and the friends old and new even more so. Hugs, Chel 🌸
I bought a few kits (I think I showed the things I got during the livestream with tiff & ian on 03/02!)
@@sewbecca I am so behind on watching stuff. Although I did see the booty dancing.
Does it have to be a “known” quilter to enter a quilt in Quilt Con? If not, I wonder how many unknown quilters quilts made the cut?
No - anyone can submit! I heard on a podcast (maybe The Quilter on Fire?) about how they judge quilts without even knowing who submitted - so I'd guess *anyone* can be accepted...it's more about the quilt than the quilter!
Sew excited to see you in pics with Mathew @mxdomestic and Karen Brown @getitdonequilts 🎉❤😊 Sew jealous... fangirling through you!!!!
I was SUPER excited to meet Mathew! I've followed him for YEARS and am so happy to see him coming back stronger than ever!!
