I feel also nostalgic for Bella Italia... For the Alto Adige... For Helmissimo... And for all, all of Italy, which I visited... What a beautiful country...

I just wanted to say that I really love your show. As someone who does a lot of traveling, domestically and internationally, finding vegan friendly places to eat isn't always easy. Your show makes it a a lot easier. I visited Rome before I became vegan and after watching this season of The Vegan Roadie I can't wait to visit it again as a vegan.

On your gelato crawl, what were the non dairy base for most Italian gelato? I want to try making some this summer and curious what works best. I have your cookbook, haven’t explored all of it yet. I love your Vegan Roadie shows!

Hi Shari! Youre so kind, thank you!! I hope you like the book. Base was all sorts of non dairy milks coconut, almond and soy. And then in the Rome episode one place used Olive Oil as their base, it was so tasty!

I could not find Perba Voglio on Facebook... Is that her name on facebook?
I think you should link the web sites or other contact infos for the places you mention in your videos, it would be great to be able to find them and visit them if and when one goes to Italy...

Thank you so much for watching and for the feedback. That was what was up on Facebook when we filmed though there was discussion it would change. We are a show, not just a weekly vlog, we film on a production schedule so time lapses between filming and release while episodes are in post production, sometimes things change for businesses. I’ll do some digging around to see if i can get an update and if i do I’ll post here. Thank you!
