Soooo happy I stumbled across this! New vegan here and plan to travel in the near future so this is great! I love food shows but never knew of a vegan show, so geeked!!
Wow, I have not started watching the show but I am already excited to watch as I love food shows and could never stand the meat dishes. Thank you so much!!
I've been searching for and failing to find a series exactly like this for years and it makes me think UA-cam has some kind-of weird vegan censorship thing going on.
I really love watching you I am really new, but I have a question, do you go to any smaller towns or city's? My town is really small and I live about an hour from 2 larger city's but don't know what I have to pick from and was hoping that maybe you could help? :) Thank you for any and will keep watching!
Great show! Only recommendation, when showing how a meal it's been prepared, would be nice if the cook/chef mention the ingredients. The Ruben looked fantastic but no clue how to make it.... :(
If you want a Reuben of such greatness you have to go to The Luncroom in Ann Arbor to get it! But if you don't make it out that way I pulled a couple recipes from the handy dandy google for ya, cuz everybody should be able to enjoy a Tempeh Reuben whenever they would like: www.vegetariantimes.com/recipe/vegan-tempeh-reubens/ www.peta.org/living/food/tempeh-reuben-recipe/ Let me know if you make any and how they turn out! thank you for the comments and suggestions, our episodes are not meant to be instructional within the dining space of the establishments. It' a moment to showcase wonderful items on their menu so that people know where they can find it if they live in or visit that area! We take your feedback to heart, thank you for watching!
looks like all they did was grilled up some tempah and then put it on toast with from the looks of it looked like Sour Kraut which I love....but it has to have something else right? Like vegan mayo or some sort of sauce?
I have Parkinsonism crippling attacks since 6 years old 1947 - eating has always made me sick.. 1984 after a successful investment analyst career I suddenly became so brain damage, lost memory unable to read or write & left on the streets to die in conditions worse than a stray dog. 1995 by "accident" I ate raw okra and my memory was restored but still had to relearn how to write. Researched 22 years diet for disease control caused by toxic chemicals, air-food-water-beverages yet despite many days of being able to function, death to dancing attacks, never knowing what the hell was killing me? 2013 I was 72 before I discovered thru Facebook that pesticides ie Roundup, Monsanto, Canola oil hidden in Canadian food not on the label etc were one factor, mold air, on food etc was another but by then I was so damaged eating organic is still making me sick. Trying to stick to plant based food but not easy as being chronically ill I never learned to cook very well, and at 80 don't have enough teeth to eat raw like I used to. I am hoping this show will help me learn how to make healthy easy to eat vegan food.
This is definitely a reminder of why I'm happy to live in Ann Arbor! :)

SAME!
Good show. I know people love to see things being made. A bit more detail, almost like a demo, would be great for a few of the dishes.
