For the calculation of the transverse pressure angle, the fraction inside the atan function should be flipped. φ ₜ = tan⁻¹(tan(γ) / cos(φ)).
I think this is the correct expression:
φt = tan⁻¹(tan(φ) / cos(γ)).
you have mistake in helix pith calculation: instead of cos(gamma) should be there tan(gamma)
