Sir, maybe giving the solidworks file in the description will be of great help.

This is nice, but gears are part of Solidworks long ago (this video only 3 yrs old). Why would anyone struggle with manual creation ?
You must click Design Library -> Toolbox -> ISO -> Power Transmission -> Gears , then select Spur Gear or Helical Gear or whatever you want, then you fill the data and you can have a parametrized (with Equations) gear immediately.

Because there are no inward toothed helical gears, for example and as soon as you want to edit anything the SolidWorks variants suck

@@kiel9030 You create a helical gear (right or left with half of the wanted width) and then you mirror the solid body to its side plane, and that will be a full width herringbone gear. You don't need to edit it manually, but you have to edit the Equation Fields only, the parameters. But it's OK, my comment is not so important, this solution above works too, and at least you will understand what's happening.

@@telelaci2I ment the kind of gear that has the teeth to the center. like the outer gear in a planetary drive.

Random question. With the equations tool on SolidWorks, is possible to make quadratic surfaces?

Is there a reason you did this with a Lofted Cut instead of a Swept Cut? Since the cut profile doesn't change, wouldn't a sweep have been easier?

YES he is confused with pressure angle and Helix angle. But still not true helical, pitch dia. changes

You are using spur gear equation to create helical gear not good practice.
