Dear Engineer in Gear Geometry I modified the equation "D8@Sketch1" with the following values: = ("M"*1.25 - "M" ) / 2 that from Value 0.75 mm this value is recommended by the Manual. "c" = Clearance where ( M*1.25 - M ) I used a tangent circle instead of a tangent arc then adjusted with Trim Entities. All perfect
"I used a tangent circle instead of a tangent arc then adjusted with Trim Entities. All perfect" - what is the difference? Isn't the same? And the equation ("M"*1.25 - "M" ) / 2 == ("M"*0.25) / 2 == "M"* 0.125 It's the same but the last one is the most simple expression. Isn't there any mistake? You know, nobody would write M"*1.25 - "M" in any Manual, because it's M"*1.25 - "M"*1 and that is "M"*(1.25-1) and that is "M" * 0.25
Could you share de biography about the formulas to design the profile of tooth, for example, you use pitch diameter/5 to Flank radius, why /4 in helical gears?...... Casillas" book use /8, which is your biography??
I am from Vietnam. Thank you so much, the lesson so great. have a good day pro.

Thats incredible sir , thanks for adding a new information 🌹🌹

Can someone explain me by which formula does the value 2.18 came from?

iam using what solidwrks library use , the correct shape is envaulted shape
Dear Engineer, I can vary M10. Impossible to vary N150. Thanks for a correct solution. Grazie
Thanks senior 😊😊
