It Is Always Awesome To Have Power Tool,s.
Great Video.
ZN1 Doug Owens on the last seconds of Video , its showing how hard the clutch is holding as the engine stops , the jerk is my extremely powerful TS400 kicking back on the compression stroke ... Looks Awesome .
Installed to spec's an it Ripz, ggz 👽👍🚲💥💨💨💨🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲
still seems like the 4 stroke is way more powerfull and faster im wondering if i should get a super clutch or should i get a better pipe the clutch is definitely grabbing going up hill and low rpm but when i give full throtle it seems to just scream and go nowhere fast
So you don't put the "heavy" clutch spring assembly back in? Just the skinny one? Thanks
What is the real significance of the SAF clutch for a bike that is used as a persons commuter bike. I'm building my personal bike that will be my sole transportation for getting around town and even going on trips at times out of town. The bike also besides my 165lb will be pulling a homemade trailer that as a pedal bike carrys an average of an extra 100 plus pounds. As an example of what it carrys daily is a 50 quart igloo ice chest, a case of 40 1ltr. bottles of water, 20lbs of ice, my tool bag, 225 amp portable DC welder, welding leads, hood, rods, my back pack as well so I'd guess an easy extra 150 lbs including trailer weight. The bicycle, with motor and everything on it only weights at most 50lbs. I'm trying to learn everything I can so I build this bike the right way and so that it can handle the daily RIGGERS of getting me around town
I just went and pull my clutch apart it didn't want to release, I took my old high mileage clutch (spring & shaft) and put it in my brandnew runwell engine engine, seems to be fine now thanks for the video, 📹 had my bike wound up the other day posable hitting 40mph on the down hill
my 4 stroke feels like a mad crazy racing bike compared to my new but used 80 cc engine same looking as your installation video. I changed the clutch pads i think its just slipping at high rpm low rpm it feels ok. I think I should be going a lot faster i can only afford your lower priced clutch dont need anything fancy. I bought this used what new 2 stroke engine would you recommend ? and what would be a good sounding racing mufler? thanks
Please point me in the direction to find one of these clutches
Quick questions do you put the shaft back in without the spring?
