dirk d man I hate to hear that about your WJ! 😔 hopefully you will find a nice one soon! Glad to hear you liked my video and helped guide you in the right direction! One thing I wish I had added in that video that I discovered later is if you buy “Overland” model factory replacement coil springs, you get an additional 1” of lift so on non-Overland models if you do the 2.5” lift and the Overland springs, you get 3.5” of lift! I was debating between that or the Zone 4” kit to see if I could squeeze in some JL take off 33” wheels and tires before our WJ was totaled 😔 thank you for your support! Make sure to share the lift video around when you see people asking questions about WJ budget boost lifts!
The video was super helpful and was appreciated. It took a while for this shocks to get back in stock but I helped a Buddy do his at the same time.... thought I was going to be in the clear but at 11 a.m. I had salt water up to my door handles lol and she was gone, damn she was clean:( but since then got a 92 F350 with a 6-inch Lift running 38 and I'm over it so now I'm looking for another WJ. I found 2001 V8 with 78000 miles that I'm trying to do a deal on. Not sure which left I'll go with this time 33's would definitely be nice
dirk d if you are going for 33s, I highly recommend either adding the Overland coils to the spacer lift or going for the Zone 4” kit. The wheels are tires we used were JK take-offs and that metric size came out to 32.1” and they barely fit with a lot of trimming and they still rubbed when turning to full lock.
I ordered the same kit the next day after watching the WJ video ! Then a hurricane took my vehicle lol looking for a low mileage 4.7 at the moment
