I've been making a quart of tea with cloves, green tea, jasmine tea, and fenugreek seeds (husband calls it "crack tea) and pouring it on my hair/scalp after shampooing. Then I use conditioner. Thanks, Tonya, for another awesome video. I'm liking the rosewater and the aloe juice ideas. When I try any of your suggestions I always have great success.

Such a great video with great tips. I love to oil my scalp. I had traction alopecia and did the big chop in February. Not only did my entire crown grow back in, but my curls are going back to 80's vibes and early 2000's Felicity hair. My hair is growing so long and so much thicker with my oiling.

I like to take the aloe vera leaf and rub it in my scalp I love doing that I come from the Dominican Republic and we use aloe vera a lot. Second I like to do clay masks at least once a month and I alternated with sugar scrubs and I also do herbs like Shikaikai mixed with Aretha and Amla and grape seed oil as a pre poo. I’ve taken so many notes. I too have low porosity hair along with 4c and thin hair. It’s disgusting how much breakage and shedding I’m experiencing. I visited my local Sally’s beauty supply, Ulta and Walmart to get many of the products you recommended. I’m excited to learn about the green tea rinse. And the pumpkin seed oil and I plan on ordering it soon. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. I appreciate how passionate you are. I deeply regret that I missed your Black Friday sale for your ebooks. Will you consider having a special Black Friday sale like now? Like next this week or next? Sincerely thanks again.

Greetings your content is 100% valuable and great since you are teachings work. I have tried and use the sugar, green tea and aloe.
For me using a created tea rinse and incorporating ayurvedic herbs in at least three components of my wash day is without fail my consistent routine to healthy hair.
Tea rinses is where one can add multiple ingredients to keeping it composed to a bare minimum. I switch up what feed my hair depending on hair journal entries, but green tea my strands love. 1saved cup of my hair, will becomesthis week's hair rinse. The hair fact I realized is weekly washes is my sweet spot for thriving hair. Why? A weekly clean scalp is the blank canvas to healthy hair.

Henna and indigo. Seriously though. I find as far as products finding a professional hair dye without PPD, Resorcinol, Lead Acetate is like a needle in a haystack but some exist. Madison Reed, Alafparf Naturals from Italy, Chi by Farouk Shami (never tried) are good. Usually brands from the EU are safer. I’m allergic to most others. Let’s see, never dye your whole head over and over frequently just the roots. Then refresh with a gloss. Always use a bond builder. Try not to use heat tools except on occasion. Use the lowest developer possible. It all depends on what look you are going for and your hair condition it is from the start. I could go on but it depends. Definitely use a good quality product though. Sleekshop sells professional hair products. You don’t need a license.

When you add the ingredients are we adding it to the bottle or just a few teaspoons of aloe/rose water with that single wash?

Lol this is where I’m at. There is so much information that you have to sort through and find a plan that works for you.

I wash with shampoo twice and use a scalp massager. I recently bought a scalp scrub. I am hoping to incorporate that into my routine. How often would u recommend I use the scalp scrub? I will be interested in Ur thoughts. Thanks

    Hello how are you?
I have bought the entire pattern Beauty line, also I have about the entire low porosity hair, from your low porosity video. I've also bought neem, coconut oil, black castor oil, aloe vera juice, and cloves. My hair is extremely dry and brittle and says often. Currently I have my hair and crochet braids, and we'll do a wash day on the 14th. I do not know the order, in which to use these products. Can you please give me a step by step process, so that I can use these products accurately.
    Thanks so much
    Alisha

FYI, I found aloe vera juice at Walgreens. Don’t need to send away for it. It was back with the psyllium seed husks and Ensure meal replacements. $14 for a half gallon. A terrifying amount in my refrigerator.

Can you mix penetration oil with a non penetration oil for a H.O.T?

What I love using is spray my own tea concoction on my scalp and hair strands between washes. Tea contains ajurvedic herbs, erythritol, aloe juice. My hair strands remain moisturized for weeks.
I have to be diligent with my pre poo.

Since rose water smells soooo good, can you use it as a hair “perfume”?
