You know what, Miss Pam, you said you like hamburgers and you got me craving for some. I got ground beef and buns with sesame seeds on top. I made myself a delicious burger with lettuce, onions and tomatoes today, cooked on my Cracker Barrel cast iron, thanks to you. 😊

Ms Pam, the best toppings for me: Spicy Italian sausage, carmelized onions and sauteed mushrooms, with homemade sauce! Yum! I like your idea of deep dish in cast iron. I’m going to try it. We’ve been grilling homemade pizza outside, any time of year. The grill makes the crust crunchy.

Chef Pam that looks fantastic. I had pineapple , ham, onion ,peppers, cheese,and sauce on pizza. It was tasty and different. My favorite is everything traditional on it except anchovies.

I like a lot of red sauce on my pizza, but my family is not a huge fan. Yesterday I said to my family that I wanted to try pan pizza in cast iron skillets for our next pizza night. They will like the way you made this, and my pizza will have more sauce.
Aren't you afraid the knife will mar your Skillet's finish? I never cut stuff on a metal pan unless it's with a plastic, silicone, or wooden utensil.
I agree! Using a metal spatula is one thing, but a knife? 😱 NEVER. EVER. EVER! 🤯

My family and I love pineapples on my pizza. I make homemade Hawaiian pizza and it's really good. But my dad and brother also loves all meat pizza, so I make both.

I am one of the people who is responsible for pineapple on pizza because in the 70s as a teenager I used to call the pizza restaurants and ask them if they had pineapple. It was a joke and that’s why they hung up on me. Somewhere down the line, somebody thought the pranks were serious.😂

I’d put a lil cornmeal with salt! About a 1/2 tablespoon. I like the bottom of my crust like that . Makes it taste so good! However I love the cast iron skillet method. I like Canadian Ham n pineapple pizza.. my son says pineapple doesn’t go on pizza… I like it. But to him I’m weird anyway…oh he’s only 12 too.🤣 Looks yummy!

If you let the dough rest a few minutes it will soften its elastic reaction. Easier to shape.

I used to love pizza. I don’t care for pineapple on my pizza either. I’m allergic to dairy and tomatoes now and I use red bell pepper for my spaghetti sauce. I haven’t found a good plant-based cheese to make pizza with.

Your dough was still raw on the top because you didn't parbake it before putting the toppings on.
I get what you say, but I use a indoor pizza oven & gets up to 700 degrees. My dough is fully cooked & has the charred spots on bottom.
@@rhondafountain648 Right, but that's different than what Pam's showing. You aren't putting a cast iron skillet in your indoor pizza oven. When she shows the cut slice, you can see that the dough is raw just under the toppings because she needed to parbake the crust in the oven without toppings first. She's eating raw dough, which can harbor bacteria.
