@@dylancrooks1894 I’m autistic and I’ve successfully explained it to friends as reaching the right answer on a maths question, showing my working, and then being told that it was the “wrong” working and getting a C, which comes with quite a specific feeling of confusion and betrayal. So eventually you learn (if you can/ can be bothered) to do your own working in pencil, find an answer (right or wrong), then rub out the brain processes and replace them with a haphazard guess of what the teacher “wants to see”

Time stamp?
Karl isn’t stupid, he’s just sincerely dumbfounded.
*Have double glazing. Be warm, be safe. Hear the knock. Hear the knock of the bell on the doubly door. Hear the knock of the bell on the doubly door*
This is hilarious, but a lot of what Karl is saying is actually pretty deep. Some of it is absolute nonsense, but he clearly has a great mind.
“I’ll just get in the tank” the delivery on that kills me every time 😂
1:49 😂
Karl was not wrong about the nerves and "the outside of the body is longer than the inside" - what he meant was the muscles on the front side are stretched, but the muscles at the back of the leg are not used to being stretched so have tightened up. He's almost always right but just can't explain it well enough.
Unpopular opinion......
Ricky Gervais ruins these podcasts....
You can tell Rickey Gervais isn’t circumcised; there’s no end to that prick
How can a bad leg kill you? Just a regular bad leg, how can it kill you?
Well if you can't run away from danger, you can be killed... Fuckin brilliant.
He can tell a story Beautifully
I love the way lots of comments say how clever, zen, genius etc, Karl is, but totally ignoring the massive amounts of utter bollox he comes out with constantly.
Amazing how much people read into things that just are'nt there! 🤷🏽♂️
33:45 “I’ll tell you what, you’re not coming back here, fuck off!
One chance, you give em one chance”
“You didn’t even give him one chance.”
“No cus he’s done it before.” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Theo Von and Karl need to meet. The conversations they would have would be amazing.
10:35 Steven asks a VERY Karl like question about not remembering the beginning moments of life and the seriousness in Rick’s response shows Ricky’s dismissal of Karl and embracing of an idea that is obvious or bizarre to even think about.
it’s so evident time and time again the longer I see the show I notice it more and more every once in a while Steven will say something nonsense and Ricky will embrace it.
If Karl had been the one to say that Ricky’s reaction would have been so different!
That's the point tho. They play it up for the show. Back then they were all great friends in real life. Especially Ricky and Karl.
That's not an uneducated question at all!
Never a dull moment with Karl.... these are good friends too...if you don't make fun and insult your friends to their face(s)....are you really friends or just pretending?
Guys! Karl understands the dynamic of the show! Dont feel bad for him, he doesn't go home and cry or anything. Hes bullet proof.
Ricky’s laugh kills me every time 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 & Karl is so fucking funny, I’m so glad I’ve found this
Karl is the wisest one there and I will die on this hill
I guess I'm also an idiot because everything that guy says makes sense. I kinda wish the other two would just ask him leading questions rather than make fun of him?
I love Karl's way of thinking. I think Ricky and Steve are so mean to him !
I love how Karl pretty much ignores Ricky and Steve and just goes on with his thoughts and stories...
Love Karl !
The rAtIoNaL bugmen VS the Chad esoteric free thinking philosopher Karl
I hate how much i have in common with Carl. The first time I at a black olive, I actually thought it was a grape and nearly threw up everywhere.
If only ricky was half as smart as he thinks he is.
Karl is right on a lot of things but it's how he explains things.
It's crazy how his brain functions my partners brother has autism and its really fascinating when you understand how they're brains work in different scenarios
@@dylancrooks1894 I’m autistic and I’ve successfully explained it to friends as reaching the right answer on a maths question, showing my working, and then being told that it was the “wrong” working and getting a C, which comes with quite a specific feeling of confusion and betrayal. So eventually you learn (if you can/ can be bothered) to do your own working in pencil, find an answer (right or wrong), then rub out the brain processes and replace them with a haphazard guess of what the teacher “wants to see”
To not love Carl is inhumane, he’s literally everything and everyone. Like petrified wood or something
You're the sort of person whose stomach is hungrier than you
Karl is smart af
I finally found it, and *only just* noticed after listening to Merchant in an interview about "the little clips blowing up online" (and how he wishes he got paid in royalties for other peoples' clips haha) - 17:20 is the typo he was talking about. Knob-bration is supposed to be spelled "knob-eration".
He said the cartoon was in such high demand and needed to be completed so quickly that he's often watching some clips back and noticing multiple errors.
That's success for ya though! And as Gervais said: it *should* be called the "Karl Pilkington Show"
"yeah but listen to me theory"
The tank section was absolutely golden 😂
The snow call out bit made me cry 😂
I feel like I understand exactly what he means by a lot of this stuff but the way he says it is just really amusing
Like with the aunt inora one I think he meant that if we didn’t have all this stuff we would be evolving to our world better, like instead of needing shoes our feet would become like horse feet or something, but we don’t need to change cuz we have all this stuff
Yeah indeed. It's Auntie Nora BTW
@@Tallzom also, his statement of we humans grew faster than the world also hit home
initially, i thought the 2 guys were jerks. as time went on watching it seemed more and more like a friendly banter. much more enjoyable.
"is it better to enjoy something and enjoy it once or not enjoy it at all" damn
