Great workout for a beginner like me. Easily adaptable. I upped my tempo but the moves were simple enough that I was able to focus on my form and balance. Loved this! Will be doing it again soon 💙🙌🏻

Slowly at first, core engaged, knees slightly bent, and body a little forward. I got it! Now I need to find music with the 115 beats.

Just what I needed today movement with modifications what I can do. Reset my Rebiunder to the tightest setting and oh my goodness what a difference it makes. Did all movement without the Bar but it's always connected. Thank you Nikki❤

I'm curious if anyone with degenerative disc disease has had success with rebounding? Generally high imlact exercises don't work for me and I'm wondering if the up and down motion in rebounding causes flare ups for those with ddd.

You might ask this in my private group "Rebounding for Beginners and Seniors" over on Facebook. I believe this has been discussed several times.
How do you find out the bpm for songs ?
The copyright free service I use gives the bpm for every song, but you can google any song and find the bpm.
