Yes, even the walk workouts will help with lymphatic drainage. How long have you been rebounding? Are you staying fairly consistent? Most people find the lymph detox symptoms go away within a week or two of consistent rebounding.
Sure! What are your goals? That determines what type of workouts you might want to try. You can definitely keep your rebounding gentle and low intensity.
