    You are such a doll! Especially when you break into dance mode :D Want to be like you even though I'm (like) your mom'a age. Every single morning after breakfast, I hit the rebounder to get the blood sugar down. And you are the most fun, best teacher around! Thank you!

    I love this one! I've been trying to catch a cold (have had a sore throat for a couple days) that everyone in the house has and i'm not happy about it! The pink and the music really cheered me up. Trying not to over do it, and this was perfect.

      It's definitely a challenging arm workout. No worries if you drop your arms. It takes some time to build your arm strength!

    I hope this is a stupid question, but any rebound ING, walk ones included, do they effect your lymphatic system??? I have fibromyalgia and it knocks me down for a day?? Earth and owl, I really appreciate all the answers you have given me! But I'm a bit confused as to which videos I should do???.

      Yes, even the walk workouts will help with lymphatic drainage. How long have you been rebounding? Are you staying fairly consistent? Most people find the lymph detox symptoms go away within a week or two of consistent rebounding.

      Sure! What are your goals? That determines what type of workouts you might want to try. You can definitely keep your rebounding gentle and low intensity.
