  • I am not someone who will say that I have so much meat, give me meat, I cannot live without meat, I must eat chops. While there are people who will not eat Lamb Chops every day, I will get fed up if I eat two meals in a row. Of course, there is also a good price. When I calculate that I can buy 2 kg of minced meat for the price of 1 kg of chops, my appetite fades well :) I do not go on an adventure to try something different in it. I cook in the most basic way with the most basic marinade recipe and eat it with its own taste. I wanted to share with you how I did it.
Let's start by remembering that the soft and juicy of the grilled meat is acceptable. For this, of course, you must use a quality and delicious meat. Therefore, do not buy such expensive meat from places where you do not know and are not sure of its quality. If there is no place you know, you can ask for advice from your surroundings.
The second thing to note is that the meat is well marinated. The meat becomes soft as it waits in the marinade and becomes softer when cooked. Therefore, be sure to plan ahead when you will grill and leave time for marination. Marination is a process that can be completely tailored to taste. You can add the spices you love and try the flavors that you think will suit you. If I want to taste the meat, I am not surprised by this recipe. If I have it at that moment, I add a few branches of fresh thyme to it, but I don't want the dry thyme to burn while it is marinated and cooked. So if I want so much and don't have fresh thyme, I have it on my hand while sprinkling dry thyme.
I am sure that those who do not agree with me and love dry thyme in marinating are also plenty. Actually, for this reason, I wanted to give the most basic recipe and leave the seasoning part to you. After succeeding in making the meat soft, its flavor is easy. Put thyme, put mint, put pepper, put onion-garlic…. Your limit is your imagination.
    Ingredients:
    400 g of lamb chops,
    1/4 cup of olive oil,
    1/4 tea spoon black pepper,
    1/2 teaspoon salt.
