You should be more informed now as a big man. Animals have got layers on their feet when the cow is killed for eating those hard layers that they walked on are taken off and its good for consumption. Do your research.
@pamjay Delite it's not only that. I don't eat slimy, fatty things. It just feels weird to me. I don't eat organs either. Too high in cholesterol. Those old school foods are what killed my father.
That’s one delicious cow feet soup. Simple n healthy! 👍👍👍
This is my Mom's soup. Thank you so much. Never watched her cook it!

This is definitely one of my favorite soups. Thank you for the old fashioned recipe.
Chris, I made this soup closely following your recipe. It was hearty and delicious and perfect for a wintry day. Thank you.
I've never been into cow heel but that soup looks good.

search him on Instagram (my bad)
how do I make this is a crockpot ( set it and forget it)
Like you, I'm not comfortable using a pressure cooker. Question - could this be prepared in a slow cooker? Thanks, Chris.
I think you can use slow cooker to soften the meat, then transfer to regular pot.
@@joanneny8638 Thank you.
😋😋😋
I like the hat

12 cups???
Omitt the salt in the beginning as it slows down the peas from softening faster ... Just saying 🤔👍🏾Great soup ..
no truth to that (according to my testing). BTW< the cow heel takes even longer than the peas to cook yea
I wonder what this might be for taste if You can it for retail...why not a generous pat of Golden Ray too, Mon? tsk,tsk...
nah I keep away from that kinda ting yea
No cow 🐄 heal for me take that out and I could eat it 😂
enjoy?
@@caribbeanpot I don’t like cow heal lol but I always enjoy your videos watching here in Florida
Being a farm boy in Jamaica, I could never eat ANY feet, especially cow feet. Cow's walk around in their own feces their whole life.
