Hi Val it’s nice to see you representing Trinidad with the cow heel/cow foot soup but we also cook all deferent types of soups Saturday is usually a soup day in our house back home when I was growing up my mom made different kinds of soup every time there was chicken soup beef soup chicken foot soup pig tail soup even Oxtail soup which is so delicious
I make it all the time we make it so different from the Trinidadian they really don't use all this pumpkin n stuff but I learn it there n its a favorite of mine here . Well done miss Val

I love cow foot soup especially when cooked on woodfire in jamaicain in the uk I replicate that by putting my big pot on the barbecue with wood and coal it takes like 4hrs I blend my own clove/pimento cinnamon thyme garlic turmeric Scott bonnet pepper season overnight and add salt beef for that deep flavour 😋 thamk you for real food been cooked enjoy watching your techniques too keep up the good works
