I have a habit tracker for my two elderly cats! I track their meds, combing their fur, clipping their claws, cleaning their litter and the weight of one cat. It’s extremely useful. I also have two other monthly trackers for me: one for meds and symptoms of a health condition (I mark a 1, 2 or 3 beside symptoms to indicate severity) and the last tracker is tracking certain foods. My preferred style for all of these is a page table. I put the column headings on an angle. It works really well. I find it helps to draw a line between Sat and Sun to visually chunk the tables into weeks. That really helps me. Thank you for sharing these wonderful ideas! Your videos have inspired me to use more washi tape and stickers - I can’t draw worth beans! 😜
I love this video! And I adore your channel! I accidentally got into journalling a few weeks ago through the Animal Crossing app. They introduced a new bullet journal feature where users can document their daily steps, moods, important events, and decorate with virtual stickers. I started journaling in the app to kill time, but was surprised when I realized after just a few weeks how much keeping track of things was assisting my mental health. I'm battling through a depressive episode right now and things are really hard but UA-cam recommended one of your videos to me, which inspired me to put pen to paper and combine my love of art and cute stationary for good! Your videos are super calming and pretty and relaxing- when I'm feeling sad it's nice to watch a few videos with a nice drink and daydream about how my journal will look once it arrives! Thank you for making such lovely videos- I'll definitely use some of these habit tracker ideas to encourage self care in the future! : )
Ohh Anna thank you so much for your lovely comment! I absolutely love that you found journalling through Animal Crossing, it's so cool that they've included that as a feature! I definitely agree that it can be so helpful for mental health, and I'm so so glad you can find some comfort in my videos. I hope you love your physical journaling experience as much as your digital one!

We think the same Wendy - I have something like that for a finance tracker! Thank you so much for watching, hope your washi is treating you well! 🥰
@@ErinSmith Nice! Mine isn’t as pretty as yours but I’m having fun with it. I have a lot of solid colours that I match up to the stickers.
The single page one at the end works best for me so far.😊
I love that there's so many different fun ways to do these ^^
Me too! (I love your username!)
By far the most helpful and simply video I’ve found and I’ve watched many. Thank you!
Wow, thank you so much! I'm glad you found it helpful! ❤
Thank you. These ideas helped a lot.
