Thanks Mizi for your amazing programs. I am doing your programs daily. I have tried most of those. I have chosen about 5 of them and use alternatively. As per others comments, there are some hard ones. I moderate those according to my abilities. However, I manage to do my best. I feel like Mizi s programs are easy for any age group as well as people with different strengths.

It's an excellent workout, but it's definitely not for beginners. My suggestion for beginners like me is to divide the workout into 2 parts: the first 20min one day and the final 20min the next day until you get used to it (always scrolling the cursor to the end to do the stretch).
Or you can also try to do 10 repetitions of each exercise and increase until you reach 40s. Or also a combination of the two alternatives (20min, 10 repetitions). Anyway I believe it will work because it's a great workout, I do 20/20min for a matter of time and I had good results. 😊
Thanks Mizi! This was a great workout. I'm 71 with a bad knee but was able to keep up! Probably not as well as I did 10 years ago but I'm proud of myself for my accomplishment. Hope to practice with you for another 10

sure a beginner could do this but its not SUPERRR beginner friendly. i struggled lolll mostly with my balance and lack of flexibility. i am a sweating mess!! im not on any diet! however i eat small portions and try not to eat too much junk, and more fruit w fiber. i do other workouts, also incorporate walking 10k steps!! so 5 miles(?) on my treadmill !
my weight is 132.6 lbs goal is 125 or 127!!!

day 2: (09/08) completed. today was tough...my muscles are so sore but i pulled through T^T
day 3: (09/09) completed !! still in a lot of pain!! i work late shifts on weekdays T^T
day 4: (09/10) done. i want to quit this so bad. but i've already started this so i must finish!! t is definitely not beginner friendly
day 5: (09/11) complete. it definitely got a bit easier since i do it everyday. but i think i had a bad angle for my left inner thigh so it hurts when i do lunges and all...
day 6: (09/12) yay...completed T^T`
day 7 : (09/13) complete. it as a lot easier but theres some pain. it was somewhat manageable! i see improvements~ 130.2 now!!
day 8: (09/14) complete! my face is a lot slim!
day 9: (09/15) complete!
day 10: (09/16) complete!! so close to 14
day 11: (09/17) complete
day 12: (09/18) complete
day 13: (09/20) complete. yesterday i was feeling very lazy i decided to give myself one break before i finish this challenge. today was easyyy

im officially done. this is a good workout, make sure you do leg stretches before this. she didn't include any, idk i found my limbs hurting near the bone. i lost a pound or 3? its effective and most definitely effective if on a healthy diet. i think ill continue to use this

I hope this is as effective as it looks. I made a special point of saving this for future use because it's not only no-mat and no-jumping but also no-talking. I'm really tired of listening to oh so perky, high pitched, eternal chitchat on exercise videos.
Well, all righty then. This is so "effective" that I only managed to get through half the video and that without completing all the moves. So what means is that I need to work up to this gradually. I'll create yet another Microsoft Word table to keep track of my progress but I can tell already it's going to be totally worth it.
