Hi Amish, Great job educating public on basic laws. I think for every citizen of India, it is equally important for them to learn basic laws during secondary education period or even higher education period since interaction of a person in society starts increasing from this phase. Laws should be taught as a mandatory subject.
Explained precisely. It is always worth listening to educative videos such as the present one instead of watching unworthy videos. Thanks you Mr. Advocate.

It's a known thing about police in India tht they won't easily register an FIR even if the crime committed is a grave one, unless u hv some political backing or some higher connections in police department or u urself r an influential person. & the police does it just to show tht the crime rate in there station limits is low & thereby hiding the no's of actual crimes being committed. Although the info shared by u to approach a magistrate in such cases is indeed enlightening & helpful, but it shows the kind of struggle tht a common man has to go thru to fight his own case, & to begin with get the case registered with the concerned police station. & even if u manage to register an FIR after such dilly-dally approach by the police, wat follows is a shoddy investigation & urgency by the police to close the case. So although the laws in India r people friendly but the officers in uniform who r supposed to enforce the law behave xactly the opposite 🙇
