Oh ohhhh! Brillant! In short, you "bake" the white silhouette of your image on the black fabric, so when you sublimate, it's on white, so sublimation works! I'll keep that in mind.
When I cut my first design it sticks to my mat. It doesn’t come off on the paper like yours. Can you please let me know what I’m doing wrong. Thank you.
I understand you used HTV Glitter vinyl, BUT, Is that the same as you used for BOTH the Blank cutout AND the real Image? The Sawgrass HTV is that what base blank is made from and then the Image was the Glitter? My guys don't want glitter. Please advise if both are printed from SAME material and What I can use that is Not Glitter for best results. Thank You and I LOVE your Videos !!!
Hey. New subs here. Your videos are awesome! I do have a question though/ About this method, does the subli imprinted on the HTV washed off or fade off when it comes to wash testing?
Hey there!! I am so glad you’re enjoying the videos! If there is any kind of videos you would like to see, I love suggestions! 😊 So far, I have not had any issues with the sublimation fading off of the HTV after washing.
This is not the DTF method. It’s sublimation ink onto vinyl. The DTF method is completely different. With DTF, you would not need to cut anything out. Check out this tutorial for the DTF method: ua-cam.com/video/hP_WQhNRpu4/v-deo.html
I used the Cricut HTV Glitter vinyl. If you try to sublimate on the plain HTV, it will be very dull as it is not made to sublimate on. Something about the glitter though, makes it sublimateable, along with the list provided in the tutorial. 😊

do you need to cut out the dtf sheet? it'll only print the coloured part anyways... are you using sublimation ink or regular ink?
