Polishing AFR Small Block Chevy Cylinder Heads

In which I polish a set of AFR Cylinder Heads for my Stroker Small Block Chevy project. Will I ruin them? Will they still work? Am I an idiot? (probably)
This is what I did, it is absolutely not suggested by AFR for their products. I did it mostly for my own amusement, and I hope you enjoy watching me struggle. Maybe you will learn something, I certainly did in the process.
