Im Kelantanese but live in Pahang.. always miss Kelantan food, every weekend my family will go to the border just to eat only🤤 and yes, sweetness is one of the Kelantan food signature😂 most Malaysian dont really like the sweetness.. but being a Kelantanese, my stomach can't accept other food really well. My taste buds got stronger Kelatey in it🤧 even in Pahang, I will search or eat at Kelantanese restaurants. sek kito jangey pecoh!🚩

I don't really enjoy mukbang but i always love seeing you both eat. Omg that crispy fried keli (catfish) looks so good. You chose the greatest ulam there, it would be my choice as well, they're ulam kacang botol, ulam pegaga and ulam raja. You guys ate real good, you make me crave for such simple food. Nasi + ikan goreng rangup + ulam + budu + sambal belacan = happiness!

I must say you have become "Kelantanese" already. You enjoyed the flavour of Kelantanese dishes naturally can savour the UMAMI from those dishes. from my friends I learnt that not all Malaysians can appreciate Kelantanese food because of its sweetness.). P.S. The old folks eat the ulam + sambal at every mouthful...
When jimmy dip everything in budu and eat it..i was like 'tak masin ke'😳.. im Kelantanese.. but i only dip the ulam or ikan rebus in budu and put into the rice like ichang..and not the fried one . Coz the fried one already salty.. love to see u guys enjoy eating budu better than me . Good job❤️

Blessed New 2023 to both I-Chang, Hamsap Jimmy & your followers My goodness Jimmy, you are turning more into Malaysian when you love eating budu so much. I don't eat budu because I just don't like the taste. Have you both try out Melaka speciality which is the cencalok?? It's pinkish colour made out of little tiny shrimps that is also used to make belacan. It's delicious 😋😋. Cencalok is to be eaten with the raw herbs & salad, just like budu. Squeeze some lime then add in chopped onion & birds eye chilli. I swear you both would love it. Try it out
Ichang and jimmy, if both of you get chance please try to eat "Kerabu Sare"..a kind of food that made from seaweed. Little bit sour taste and great combination with budu,fried fish and hot rice😋..Famous in Kelantan and southern thailand.

3:40 like my other Japanese friend, once you got “budu”, you never go back, huhu been a while since I also have indulgence of budu mix with tempoyak, plus cili padi
How I make my budu at these types of restaurants is by adding lime and break up chilli into the budu so it's spicy and sour, I usually go for 1-2 chilli.

Yes you should. Nasi ulam there have young mango, lemongrass as the base for the dipping sambal sauce. You customize it yourself according to your likings more chillies, onions, budu or even add-on tempoyak. I love this place. One of my go to when i miss kelantan meal... but they don't do justice. the taste less 40% of what it should be. Another one at Shah Alam kind of better but the price a lil bit expensive. Restaurant Hayati, Shah Alam. Why your stay at Kelantan so short... go again... gooo please. hahahahaha. Nothing beat food at the original state. What witht he fork and spoon. you already master eating with hand. It's more enjoyable with hand.
u should also add the chili and break it into the budu paste it will taste way better at home usually we add chop of small red onion ,add a little bit of hot water to reduce the saltiness and sometimes add tempoyak yummms

iChang looks like she can work in a nasi padang stall, the way she scoops the rice just shouts "experience!" 🤭

U also can customize budu. U can try mix budu with tempoyak, sliced onions, lime and chilli. U won't regret it!! Try!! Go!!!

U both went to golok Thailand already.? . u just nearby to visit another country. We use to drive to Thailand or park at the border. But now because air ticket is cheap then u change our style..haha.
