Oh my gosh I love your channel! I learned much from your videos! This video has the tip about the thermostat is genius! I now must buy a thermostat to control all my appliances such as not just oven but also my old garage refrigerator and freezer because I can make fermenting vessel chamber perfect temperature with thermostat because I ferment many vegetables and they take up lots of room in my regular refrigerator! Thank you! I watched your video first with the language I don't understand but then I watched again with CC on in English and set speed to slowest, and I muted sound because that way I could read all your words that you say in other language. Thank you!
Thanks a lot, I am so encouraged by your comment. : ) At the beginning of this channel I made some video with English version, but it gradually turns out that I don't have enough time to reproduce a video and record it whit other languages. Then I change to upload subtitles. However, their might be something difficult to translate because of the language and culture differences, so I try to explain a lot in the subtitles. Sometimes I even wonder is there any English speaker really watch and understand this video, after all, it's so hard to follow the speed (lol).

我已经被电饭煲和烤箱恒温弄疯了。现在市场上可以很便宜的买到Sous Vide机器那个就可以恒温。实在不行你买个incubator也行啊......
可是用现有的东西组合成想用的东西好像也很有意思和情趣😅
