*pink dough
55g soft flour (1/2 cup)
pinch of salt
4g of cactus powder (1/2T slightly concave with a spoon)
4T water
*purple dough
55g soft flour (1/2 cup)
pinch of salt
4g purple sweet potato powder (1/2T slightly concave with a spoon)
4T water
*green dough
55g soft flour (1/2 cup)
pinch of salt
4g green tea powder (1/2T slightly concave with a spoon)
4T water
Ginger juice - 1/3T of ground ginger + 100ml of water

0.8 sugar: 1 water
A pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
Egg whites (used for pasting flowers)

[how to make]
1. Add 1/2T of minced ginger + water and steep for about 30 minutes.
2. Color each one, knead it softly, wrap it in plastic wrap, and rest for 30 minutes.
3. Roll out the flour to a thickness of 0.3m and stamp it with a flower frame.
4. Prepare only egg whites.
5. In the center of the flower, use white to attach it in 3 layers.

6. Fry at 130 degrees and drain the oil.

7. Add 3/4 cup of sugar + 1 cup of water and boil without stirring. When it boils down, turn off the heat and add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
8. Soak in house cheong and remove it.
