Anna & Akka , Thanks for your time. Evolo peru ippdi experience share pannuvangnu thiriala . Some peoples are jealous about you. Some of comments in previous video tried to break your heart . You stood great against those persons .
Me and my husband are working in IT. I can relate to so many things that you said here and in previous video. My husband bought a flat in 2015 Jan and faced all the problems you said in house purchasing video. Our loan percentage still fluctuates. We will hopefully complete our house loan in 2025. And THIS IS YOUR HOUSE. Don't let anyone take that happiness away from you. Every month EMI kaga panra sacrifice iruku than. But im glad it will be over soon. You will get there soon. My best wishes. ❤
Hi Priya & Varun, enjoy your home to the fullest! Ignore the naysayers. A positive return doesn’t have to be financial. Sometimes emotional fulfillment far outweighs monetary gains. You’ll easily cover off the home loan with your MF investments.
Buying an apartment in Chennai is not a piece of cake. Hearty congratulations. Live happily in your home it is very cool and organised. Don't give ears to stupid comments. Congratulations again. ❤

Hi.. I like your way of expressing the term continual improvement in personal life. Every person surely got loss without proper knowledge. Our own mistakes make lesson for our life time journey.. Its my personal experience too.
Nice video sister and brother. Small suggestions for video making from my end 1.video is lengthy. I watched the complete video. Split the video 2.everyweek Saturday dedicate the time for the video. Atheist record 5 to 10 min video 3. Give small teaser about ur upcoming video. Don't show more. 4.eveey video u can talk about one small topics 5. Do you tube shorts. It will definitely increase the views

Hai mam I also purchase a flat from Casagrand they handover my flat after 2yrs only … I had seen lots of bad review about Casagrand … can you pls tel me the maintance charges and how they responding if u need any help for maintance … what about water supply… current expense …
Hi ... for the first one year they dont charge any maintenance charges.... u already purchased so not to worry.. for any issues at home u can contact icare team they will assign the support executives to solve your house issues,.. current expense is as usual.... if it is running by DG then the charges will be different.. water supply is good and tds level is within the limit..
Hi , we really need your assistance, we booked casagrand first city on last month and they are asking us to pay full amount within 35 days from the booking advance. Is that correct? But they told from the beginning that we can take 3 months time..
Hi mam,.. first city project was launched in same 2020,, i think they will handover it by this year or next year... while booking itself you should have negotiated with them on the payment terms.. its ok.. all for good only.. booking department is different and collection department is different during handover they may charge u late payment fees... please try getting exceptional approval if still they ask u to make full payment means u need to pay only ..
I am so happy for your new house. I can see the pain and journey to reach so far. Wish you good fortune and prosperity in the coming years to your family.
Hi bro It's useless to discuss which is best whether large community appartment, small community apartments,or buying land and building house because it is already done Everybody here very reluctant to learn financial management when they started to earn So you saved for sofa and interior design like wise you should save but kept as emergency fund, slowly build that first because health insurance family policy not cover the our parents if you include premium will be so high, next step is start health insurance for your family not less than 30 lakhs upto 50 lakhs (inflation for hospital care is so high don't under estimate it,one small hit in health can affect family financial health in big way)both of you are working so health insurance by the company may not suffice you may not aware that's why I am explaining it in detail After building your second house, one of the house rent will suffice for your emi fully or ninety percent at that point of time, like you searched for builder and finding home, try get financial advice from one good advicer and plan accordingly Don't take it if I am wrong Thank you
Yes, bro. Thanks for sharing your valuable thoughts. As i said emergency fund creation is my focus now. Having a tugofwar with School fees and sudden household expenses. Upbringing a child in nuclear family has many challenges(Many other paid classes are needed for their growth). Will be posting some content about expenses involved -Varun
Hello Priya, I just found your channel and watched your home tour and this video. This is superb video. I like your attitude and your approach to savings, retirement, finances and life, in general. To each, their own. Some people like independent houses, some prefer townhouse / row house, others like flats and yet others swear by high rises. You have to do whatever works for your family because this is your home and you have to live in it. One thing I tell people is to buy less than you can afford. For example, if you can afford a house of 50 lacs, try to buy a home for 40 lacs, as long as it meets 80% to 90% of your needs / requirements. Living below one's means is PRICELESS. For young couples who are both working, I suggest you buy a house on just one person's salary, so that you can comfortably save the second income and invest it in different asset classes. Also, if you are going through a lay-off or re-structuring and either lose your job or take a pay-cut, you can comfortably meet your financial needs even on the lowered income / less income. I do think of homes as a depreciating asset or an appreciating asset. Rather, housing fulfills a basic human need of shelter. So, even if it is a high rise that will lose a lot of value with passing time, it still provides shelter (as long as it is well built and safe to live in). You cannot live in a gold mine / stock market / mutual fund. You need a house and your 500 sq.ft flat is a beauty - tastefully done, accommodates you and your parent and will provide stability and shelter for your family. It is your home, your Griha Lakshmi and I am pleased to see how much you love your cute and comfortable home. All the best and god bless your family!
Hi Gayathri Mam, Thank you so much for your thoughtful and heartwarming comment. I’m truly touched by your kind words and the wisdom you’ve shared. It’s wonderful to hear that my approach to home and finances resonates with you. Your perspective on living within our means and viewing a home as a place of comfort rather than just an asset is so refreshing and valuable. I completely agree that a home’s true worth lies in how it meets our needs and provides us with a sense of security and joy. Your advice about buying within our means and planning for the future is incredibly insightful and practical. It’s a great reminder that a well-chosen home, regardless of its type or size, can offer so much more than just financial value-it can be a sanctuary and a foundation for our lives. Thank you again for your kind words and for sharing such thoughtful advice. It means a lot to know that our journey and our home are appreciated. Wishing you all the best and continued happiness in your own journey! Warm regards, Priya

Hi, I came to know many details about pros and cons of the apartment purchase. The video was good and informative. Don't worry about negative comments.
I congratulate you with all my heart... Thank you for sharing this great knowledge...Owning a home is an identity for all middle-class people. I'm waiting to see the happy tears in your eyes at your new housewarming ceremony.. ❤
Ha ha.. people always think that others are dumb. Every individual has their own knowledge. It’s so rude to comment that ur decision is wrong. However, its each person’s life and they all have freedom to do whatever they want as long as it doesn’t interfere in others life. Such huge video but enjoyed it 😊. U need not explain ur decisions however if this is made for a learning then it’s fine. Not an advice, just my thought.. Happy life 🥰
you’re right-everyone has their own perspective and knowledge. It’s true that we all have the freedom to make our own choices, as long as they don’t affect others. I’m glad you enjoyed the video! 😊 Your thoughts are appreciated, and I agree-sharing can be about learning and connecting. Wishing you a happy life too!
