- Darwin & Einstein discuss mental health in the thru-hiking community. There have been plenty of great conversations about the positive effects that thru-hiking can have on an individual's mental health, but what about some of the negative consequences it can lead to?

Be you and share what YOU want to. You owe us nothing, yet have given so much (and, I hope, received some in return). I’m grateful to have had you as one of my guides to hiking.
My husband and I once picked you and Snuggles up and took you to the start of your Blue Ridge Parkway bike adventure.
You spoke about why you hadn’t hiked the CDT yet. I’m so glad you waited for your time and I’m even happier that you didn’t feel the need to make it so public while you did it. I hope it was everything you needed it to be!
Hike (or bike) on Darwin...aka Brother...your way...on your terms.
Much love from TN ❤️
Will you be uploading the full podcasts to UA-cam aswell? I struggle to just listen and love watching to
Perhaps in the future, but for now, just previews!
@@OutdoorEvolution ok hopefully you do thank you 😊
Love your videos and your podcast, been listening and watching since your beginning. Can I give some unsolicited, constructive criticism on your podcast?
You tend to speak over, interrupt, and finish people's sentences, and it is very distracting during the conversation. A lot of the time the person being interviewed doesn't even get to, or finish his point. This isn't about a specific episode or interview, just an over all observation. Just thought I share my two cents, but you do what works best for you, because I love it anyway. I enjoy every episode never the less, thank you for everything you do!
I can see why you took a break on the CDT. Making videos is a lot of work and seeing the trail behind a camera rather in front of you can take a tool. Glad you just did CDT and put out a few videos. Could see how you were really enjying being out there on "vacation"
Nice hook Darwin, er, what’s-yer-name!
Listen to the episode to find out.
@@OutdoorEvolution Oh, I will! But, then again, I listen to them anyway.
