@@lucckyZ Definitely in this case. Go watch her debut and then a recent stream. She's tuned her voice to be substantially higher over time, presumably since that's more appealing to most of the JP audience.

I can still remember when she first sang this 3D live you can hear her voice trying to cry tears of joy and it maid me tear up.... I find it funny how both the Angel and Devil of Hololive 4th Gen have cute, sometimes humorous-sounding talking voices but some of the most powerful singing voices I have ever heard.

The best hololive covers are when they absolutely obssess and love the song they're covering. It is abundantly clear that Towa is in love with this song
According to Kakage, the ERROR illustrations were done before the Venom illustrations. So the work on the ERROR cover must have started right after Brillant's announcement. And the situation at Towa during this period (from mid-April to May) was very painful. She had to play upbeat laughter in Stream even though she was feeling down... Also, she can't do what she used to be able to do... (I used to rate her as the best performer of all the 4GEN members in a multi-person collaboration. But that was mere shadow of one's former self, it was a shame to see.). The very sound of "ERROR" occurring and the sound of herself breaking down must have been heard every day.
We can only see these women on the surface. But behind the scenes, their stories of struggle as human beings exist for sure.
Thankfully she is starting to collab more now, so she looks to be getting back on her feet.
As Pekora said, the recent Pekora + Towa collab was through Towa's invitation so hopefully she is now more confident to start collabing more.

No offense to any idol or any other v-tuber. But I wholeheartedly agree with that guy on chat who said "This voice is beyond the idol culture". Aside from her incredible voice, you can hear she putting everything into it, going for the highest point, likes she's reaching for something. Near the end u can even hear her gasping for breath to go all out. It's amazing.

I can't see how saying "This voice is beyond the idol culture" is offensive. It's a universal fact and everyone has to agree after seeing this performance. Singing with such strong emotions is something you probably won't see in the idol culture. Not that many "real" singers can do that.
I'm sure you've seen it already but it's even more clear how much emotion she puts into this song when she sang it live for her 3D debut. She somehow puts all of her heart into every song she does and has such a powerful emotional voice that it transcends the language barrier.

As much as I love listening to this version, I'd say she surpassed herself during the Hololive Second Fes. She sang with even more emotion and her movements on stage just made it that much more powerful. Sasuga Towa-sama!
Man, it took me by surprise. I didn't think they would throw that in so early.
Her performance during Holo Second Fest was spectacular. I couldn't put into words how much heart and emotion she poured into the lyrics. You could tell she gave it her all in that performance, and it was beautiful.
