@@johndc2998 are you dumb? i seen people buy most aftermarket hellcat axles and they break in a week... and the zf tranny on the hellcats is arguably the most reliable transmission ever built
It it’s called “Compound charged” or “twin charged” supercharger for low end torque and turbo for high end acceleration. There is a really cool twincharged lotus that was filmed for Matt farrahs smoking tire.
There is also in Europe a VW golf 1.4 lt with the code GT (no Gti) and it has 170hp!!! Pretty good for a 1.4 lt engine! Usually at first stage mod (air filter, exchaust and tuning) goes about 210 - 220 Hp!!!
I love hearing ppl say "make it AWD" as if that's something you can just DO. Like, yeah, it's possible, but in the same way that it's possible to "make" a car mid engined. Gonna take a whole lotta fab work and custom chassis and drivetrain parts. And an insane amount of time.
Smart hellion has always been the only ones making the compound blower and turbo set ups even the 03/04 cobra the twin turbo kit was made to work with the blower and the the turbo
I feel like this build would be amazing if they go the extra mile and fabricate a high performance rear wheel biased AWD system to really take advantage of all that power... so much of the power is lost in a RWD set up. Its badass but not efficient.

The block will take it, the trans will start to want to kill its self around 1200 wheel. This thing would be a low 8 high 7 car with fbo and built trans
The supercharger doesn't have to work as hard as it is being force-fed hard hence the reduced whine from the blower so the engine is more efficient with less parasitic drag.
@@kermitalexander6655 would be awesome I know for a fact they make adaptable tail housings for the 8speed trans but I’m not sure if it will mount to the nv46 that is used in the track hawk. If so it would be a easier swap over
I know someone who did this setup. Supercharger didn't work the belt was just stapled. I believe he is going twin 88's now. He only kept the supercharger brick for the cooling.
03/04 cobras had same setup back in the day but even with built motor you will have all kinds of problems from the experience i had and saw cylinder head lifting
So my question is if the supercharger and blades move at one pace the speed of the supercharger so did another pulley still need to be added to spin the supercharger faster in requirements of the turbos spinning with the capability to force more air in then the supercharger? so why do it if they have to match boost pressures due to the limiting factor of the supercharger maybe not in low rpm or if the turbos are turned down how does this work? is it faster then doing the stock blower or simply removing the guts to the supercharger and the rotor packs can even utilize the extra Cooling from its internal inter cooler and make it a extra air capacity housing for the twins to ram air in not having to deal with the limiting factor and parasitic loss plus heat derived from the supercharger while still benefiting from the original lid and the great thing is you can plum nitrous or meth what ever you want through it to make up that lag turbos tend to have.
@@MrDevelopTV I think I understood him. 1. Supercharger bottlenecks turbos 2. Gut out the supercharger so it doesn’t have an impeller. 3. I have no clue
i'm doing alot of work on my superbee come april...new engine and the my car guy recommended a twin turbo setup. I wasn't sure if you remove the supercharger that I already have on the car. I told him my goal was to make it as fast as humanly possible. just not sure if that means keeping both or just upping the boost on the twin turbos.
Twincharge will get off the line faster (without antilag/2-step) and be more driveable, turbos only will likely make more outright power and have more big end. If you do go twincharge max effort, use a liquid cooled supercharger, meth, and air to water to air intercooler for the turbo, and be prepared to ice both intercooler systems before doing max effort runs, but you can pin open the wastegate(s) for street use and still achieve in the neighborhood of 1k between the meth and supercharger intercooler on pump premium, then switch to race gas/E/meth for track use when you unpin the wastegates. I'm planning on doing this on a B-headed 4.6 teksid block cobra motor for my 96 GT, either hellion or on3 twin kit pumping into a kenne-bell with a liquid cooler.
