The best part of all this is how the detective repeatedly tells dude that HE gave himself up and HE placed himself at the scene! So for the rest of his life in prison he has to live with the thought that HE played himself and got caught because of what HE said.
That poor old couple knew in their final moments that these people were BAD, they were DANGEROUS, THEY DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT US! But luckily these not so SMOOTH CRIMINALS left some BLOOD ON THE DANCE FLOOR
That’s the part that amazes me! He wrote a letter asking to talk to them and he thought “Hey! They’re here! They want to listen to me! They’re going to help me!” The line of reasoning that runs through this dude’s head boggles my mind He deserves to be in prison based on sheer stupidity alone
his squint and look of confusion in the first 30 second clip is the best. "the best youre gonna get out with is no death penalty. thats if everything goes your way."
They buried them alive how much of a devil do you have to be to put a person through that kind of agony and pain. I wouldn't imagine how scared they must have been.

He lost his sentencing appeal and is back on death row. He'll never see 70. His co-conspirators Tiffany Cole and Allen Wade won theirs and got re-sentenced to life.
@@Chemically_Inducedmakes no sense that the women who mastermind and set it so up and if it wasn’t for her wouldn’t of ever happened wins appeal…but this bozo gets death..I don’t understand how that works. Not saying he doesn’t deserve it but how does the person that orchestrated it And most important one catch the break…they all told
I remember hearing about this case a while back. I’ve seen Tiffany Cole in some other clips on here but I’ve never been able to find her interrogation.
Based on court testimony, her interrogation was a bit more straight forward. She gives up everybody involved, and admits to being complicit in the robbery and its planning, but says she didn't know about the murders until after the fact. That's somewhat supported by the fact that she wasn't present for the actual murder, she was waiting a ways off by the car. Regardless, she had to know it was going to happen, and was not remorseful after it was over. She initially got the death penalty, but got it changed to life on appeal . Her boyfriend Michael Jackson is the only one to lose his appeal and is back on death row as of last year.
I think Michael was the only one of the group of 4 to talk w/out a lawyer (trying to cut humself a deal). I could be wrong but 8mc would've shown them all as a series if the others had talked.
"A murder charge is easy to get out off". Say what? Here in Denmark about 98% of all murders are solved. With DNA, CCTV heck even your smart phone tells on you, Id say that it is damn hard to get out of a murder charge.

Why would this guy agrees to talk without his attorney present because , (4:57) "I know it's a lot of hassle to have my attorney here while I talk to you guys". Is this what his lawyer told him? "It's a pain in the a__ to have to do my job". If he's a paid attorney ,then he sucks. If he is a public defender, this is absolutely unfair.
