I am happy with the changes and I can see new legendary perk cards coming in the future but they have to do a lot of planning around that. I could see it happening after the ghoul has been out for a minute.
I'm kind of excited for this update tbh. I've already been planning what I can shift around in my build. I'm glad they have been meticulous with theses changes though, i think they are all very positive especially for some of these cards that literally no one used lol. love love love the scaling with specials. I guess im just biased because of unyielding, but I think it's 100% a positive change
Yeah I am very excited to see how this all pans out in the future and it might convince more to go the low health route if these changes show a big difference.
I used to have a list of about 100 perk suggestions. With raids I feel every Stat need perk cards to address that. Then a few additions to flesh them out. Also changes to get away from the bloodied builds. Should be possible to play optimally with other builds.
Feel free to give those suggestions to us and Bethesda bud. We can try to address them and I love my time as a full health and low health. I am excited to see what being a ghoul brings us next year 🤘

I like that with this new harder content they're forcing more shifts towards high END builds. END has always been a dump stat in this game for most players, including me. A few points for a few, select cards, but over-all survive ability was never an issue...now it will be, so you get a lot of bonuses to things like AP for stacking a bit higher in that perk. Over-all though the reduction in prices for a lot of commonly used cards opens up for slightly stronger builds over-all for a lot of people.
I wonder if bloodsucker will increase the healing of medic weapons, my thought is that for just 1 point its such a strong perk i reckon it will be quite helpfull for the raids whenever they drop. I use all night long and profissional drinker since i need the carry weight of the alcohool, aswell as other perks in this list these extra points will be handy Good old cannibal trolling, just as safe as mysterious stranger

I don't think you could really do combinations like that because of them being different specialties. That is something you could suggest to Bethesda though.
I haven't heard anything and the only thing we have on the calendar for the 5th is the treasure hunters. I think there would've been some big news if it was already confirmed.

Scaled off of agility it’s just going from my three to one or four to one whatever it is down to one, but it always nailed off agility the more the ad the more you got out of it. I forget to back on agility I think I don’t think that sailed any higher than 15.
Party in the game by the way, I stomach for some of them are already in existence. I have four cars in my endurance right now that used to be something else. They’re now all at one point per car that fell off at vaccinated, but I won’t be able to remember all of them, but one damage or this one DR poison cry with fire is dead. One disease is to make sure because they are required to be free to work and they scale off your dirt anyway there’s four of them already but of all they changed from what they were originally and reduced to a one point card bills are going to become a whole lot more powerful with all these white cards.
Park cars in dirt too because they’re changing after the dirt guard to one point car I mean life give her alone freeze by three points right and then several of the other ones went from two or three point cars down to one point chart so for those of us who have understood what the fuck it’s for for six years now lotta people are only just figuring it out and now they’re figuring it out and finding out right at the moment there’s nothing in endurance to fill up that 15 points Right so you have to have fuel cards to pick stuff you don’t really need to fill in with all these cars going down to one point it’s going to get worse so moving some stuff into endurance is fine
Wow, where is useful at night? Doesn’t work in dungeons in the daytime that’s what that’s about. Bow night eyes will be very much used for card that wasn’t used at all previously it sent. What is going to mean that it’s dark you’ll be able to see website very useful I mean very very useful if you’re a space bill, I assume you still have to be speaking to use it but you find even power armor users, crouching and sneaking around because power armor spotlights are shit.
If they're updating weight perk cards, they should update Traveling Pharmacy too like they're doing with Thru Hiker and Batteries Included. It's only fair

agreed, we really need more incentive to lvl up more ingame I think, a new Legendary card slot for instance- something "fun" and exciting to chase

Even with the changes making a stealth build for pistols is still going to be kind of hard because it all still falls under the AGI tree.
It will still be hard but now moving some points away from the other perk cards in the category will help I believe. 🤘

A current 3 rank card will become 3 1 rank cards. This already happened with another perk a few patches ago.

Combine gladiator and slugger cards. Combine rifleman and commando. Combine the pistol cards and move to perception. Add shotgun to tank killer.
I don't think you could really do combinations like that because of them being different specialties. That is something you could suggest to Bethesda though.
I've been asking them since launch to move the pistol perks from Agility to Perception like the rest. I can't understand why they don't...
Maybe they will be moving them around in the future since they are starting to move cards around 🤘
Honestly I wish Slugger and Gladiator was blunt/edged melees, instead of one and two handed, it’s a minor change but I feel it’d make sense.
That is always something you could suggest to Bethesda but I think at this point they wouldn't change that.

Some of the perks will be scaled pretty high while others won't need to worry about that and going to be nice to see how this all works out.

I can def. see more folks going bloodied to help with the special stats from this one but we will have to see how the wasteland reacts.

Yeah I can see the reduction being a reason that people would do that.
Gauss and .308 need to craft as much as .50 and 5mm.
I will have to look and see how much they craft individually but def. send that into support.

I don't have an issue with my PA lamp but we will have to see how they implement it for sure.
