How to race MTB with a 5 year old 🥹

How we helped our 5 year old bike loving little boy get ready for a MTB race... a few days before the race... after barely riding any MTB all year 🤣🫣🤣
Riding at fly up 417 bike park in the lead up to one of their British Cycling Go Ride downhill MTB race events we decided to share how we helped Harley to prepare for his race - because little man doesn't actually ride MTB as often as he should so he gets a little out of practice with basic MTB techniques...
... not to mention he hasn't quite grasped the idea of 'its a race' 🤣
Oh and we had another rider along with us... you might know him... ‪@BmxCaiden‬ - out riding a MTB park for the first time!!!
