  • In this session, I combine the power of Yoga Nidra and Pranayama (breath control) to help your body and mind achieve deep rest. I'll guide you through various stages to regulate and relax your nervous system. You'll practice different ancient Yogic Pranayamas, accompanied by moments of extended silence, to overcome fluctuations of the mind and enter a state of deep mental and physical rest. The session includes a moment for witnessing the self as well as a gradual transition to end the practice. You can practice sitting or lying down. The session is voice only. Enjoy!
