Good afternoon sir. I have some knowledge of law as my father was an executive magistrate. I know if police arrests any one they are bound to present the person before a competent court within 24 hours. This is in theory but in practical police picks any one at it's will take him to PS detain him for nothing or personal benefits. Never give a arrest memo or make entries in station diary. After negotiations of their interest are made they leave the person after bribed well or enters a vary different time other then original time of custody. I have experienced personally in my near & dear ones. Being better knowledged & father being a former executive magistrate I can't help much. Please personally take the issue as a classic example & explain what should a common man in India should do to avoid false police detaintion & harassment. I am keen to know the ways to avoid police harrasment. I know provisions are their one should go to court if police detains someone illegally. But what should do as above stated conditions. When police randomly picks any one on any fallacious matter detains you hours when their demands are not mate they show a vary different time other then original detaintion time. Till that no station diary or no arrested memo etc. Sir I regularly watch your Chanel got many valuable knowledge but many times I asked many questions never answered but please make a video on above subject in public interest as such thing happens in our country in daily basis & common people Are exploited. Have a nice day sir, must answer the matter.
