Is "Loksewak" defined in our Constitution.
How MPs, MLAs, MLCs and other elected representatives can be considered to be "Part time". They must be considered to be on "Over-timed".
If they are part time, it implies that they are not sincere.
They should shun the tag of being "Part time " Loksewak.

Sir, with reference to current situation of lockdown, the newly practicing advocates suffering a lot financially. If bar council imposes restrictions on advocates for being in salaried person along with practising advocates then there should also be provision to take responsibility to feed family of advocates in such situation instead of doing formalities by giving 3k or 5k as beg.
I think there must be provision of part time practitioner as a CA or CS does.

It is a office of profit. Cannot be Director. But can be Legal Consultant and/or may have rights as authorised signatory on basis of a resolution passed in the AGM.

Sir I request u to share a video on importance of AIBE. We all know it gives a certificate of practice in Court. What is our position if i have completed my LL. B. Registered at State Bar Council, but have not attempted for AIBE. What will the duration of validation of our license
I agree with your point. However it can also not denied that majority of advocates do not earn remuneration to fullfil their family expenses. Therefore, they seek for another ways of earnings.
