Brand new Spark Plugs & the Ignition Coils were fine. When I took them out to check them, there was oil in the spark plugs. I currently have the Code P0301, any idea what this problem could be? My RPMS also move up and a down, not a lot but it’s noticeable.

Or it can be the ECU being hyperactive and shutting down the cylinder due to slight or sporadic misfire.

Hello, locate first the spark plug wires, grab the spark plug wire close to the spark plug and carefully pull it up away from the engine. Use the socket wrench to unscrew the old spark plug and remove it from the cylinder. You should apply an anti-seize lubricant to the new spark plugs thread and screw the new spark plug into the cylinder.
