I absolutely love the content you are putting out it is only a matter of time before you blow up (I'd say 6 more months max). I don't know if you remember me from babson but just a tip for your training, having done my fair share of training for triathlons, make sure you don't overwork yourself on speed and hard workouts. Even though you may feel really good now if you keep this much intensity up you will begin to plataue and actually decline in a month. I know you are following a plan but just make sure you keep easy days easy save the super hard days for the 8-10 weeks before the race. I have made the mistake of over training and paid the price, so just trying to pass on a little knowledge. But by the looks of it you are on the path to becoming an incredible triathlete keep it up!!

This year I’ve struggled with chronic sinusitis and I’m waiting on an operation, it’s got me so frustrated as there’s only so much training I can do for my first triathlon/sprint races, I can’t wait to get in the water and really push myself on the bike and runs

I ran a marathon, and I prepared for 2 years for it (running 5-6 times a week). You will get used to loosing your toenails. Never dared the triathlon though. Good job!

I aim to do weight training twice a week :) but for me it's more about preventing injuries than retaining muscle mass

My Viking friend, in future use the plastic bag for dressing the wetsuit...It is much easier and also dude, as a experienced triathlete I reccommend you to try for a run Nike air zoom pegasus 36, Nike zoom fly rival 2 or Nike zoom pegasus 35 turbo ( many of pro triathletes use them especially Nike vaporfly ). In running try to use your arms as much as you can cause it will improve your step frequency.

Maaan with those shoes you're messing up your feet maybe try transitioning to barefoot shoes and check out David Weck for proper running form etc it'll also help with your swimming trust me
