Honestly you’re one of the best youtubers. You dedicate so much for your videos, your editing is amazing, and you’re very comfortable being yourself on camera. Overall just a very like able guy. Keep up the amazing work!
I found your channel through your “not eating for 10 days” video and wow I love you videos. You put in so much effort and they’re really entertaining! I hope more people find you amazing channel!!
Hello! Why do you have so few subscribers. Channel with videos like yours deserve to have at least few hundred thousands or even 1 milion. Thanks for the videos!
Dude, You are like the most motivational people on youtube I know of. Your vids were one of the reason I started my own daily challenges. Keep up the good work!
You are always so inspired, dedicated and, above all, motivated to do the things you are planning to do and here I am after having slept in for the 5th day in a row because I am on semester break! You really do inspire me to at least have breakfast instead of not moving at all for the entire day😂😂 Thank you for brightening my day, I almost forgot I had surgery🥳 Also, I thought you wouldn’t have time to release any videos, since you received so many requests for a personal letter like Santa receives letters during Christmas time😁 You are my favorite UA-camr!😍
I recommend looking into legal anti-cortisol compounds for while you're doing this training. The rigorous aerobic work will also be increasing lactate, which is an oncometabolite and additional stressor. Anti cortisol agents are things like testosterone, progesterone, or even more broadly, prenenolone. Or you could just eat 12 raw eggs per day. The anti-lactate compounds can be as simple as baking soda. Keep glucose intake as high as possible (without gaining fat) to ensure that your liver is fully stocked and your adrenals are supported. Ensure optimal salt intake so that aldosterone is minimized. And some gelatin as 1/3rd of your protein intake would additionally prevent endotoxemia and general stress. Best of luck to you Jonne!
Also most of my easy runs are in zone 3-4. I would just go off what feels easy for you Bc the watch can sometimes be wack and you won’t really gain any benefit from running in zone 1. If I’m feeling super tired though I run super slow to fully recover. Don’t think so much and go off how you feel on those easy days
Those initial swim times are actually very good. A pace of just over 1:30 / 100m is very, very legit. Go to a pool and look for people who swim faster than that, you will struggle. And 4:18/km on the run over 30min is savage fast.
I can't ring the bell for some reason, it says "The feature is disabled for children content" or something like that. I'm not joking, I love your content and look forward to see more of the iron man training. peace.
Yesss ! Thats the way , great video Jonne! Max HR 198 !!! Go go go !!! It takes an Iron man to do an Iron Man ! Drink lots of water, take lots of Potassium and Magnesium .

Loved it brooo...more content please...!!!❣️❣️
3 days ago ? I've been waiting for this and i like it before watching it♥️
Great vid bro :D
Thanks :) !
so curious about what the watch is
Hey sometimes the watch is off with the distance. I would go off the pool distance and then figure out how many laps is 400 meters
So you could be in better shape than you think
Also most of my easy runs are in zone 3-4. I would just go off what feels easy for you Bc the watch can sometimes be wack and you won’t really gain any benefit from running in zone 1. If I’m feeling super tired though I run super slow to fully recover. Don’t think so much and go off how you feel on those easy days
Well edited
I don't even always like the content. I just like watching him 😆
