Always funny and always inspiring good job man, really bad ass! Maybe you should try some other nutrition strategy? I use maurten gels and mixes for triathlon and my stomach is completely fine all the time... But I'm sure you've found a solution for your 100k :-) looking forward for the next video

Crazy good video! Yesterday I received a mail from the organization from a run-event in my city. It got cancelled last year, thanks to Covid. It is a 10km run so not so much, but still a distance. I did not train in a long time. This video motivated me do accept the challenge to run 10km in 6 weeks. I hope it will work out. When I can’t access the race thanks to traveling or so, I will run the 10k anyways where ever I am. Pls comment readers, in a emergency remind of this comment :) see you guys on the other side ;)
