I have never worked out my whole life or have been a part of sports in school. I am 23 and overweight and couldn't carry my own body weight recently feeling so weak as I couldn't dance or do anything heavy. Most of the workouts that I found on UA-cam weren't really helpful as it was difficult for someone like me and I gave up quickly. I found this channel a month and a half ago and started with her 20 min yoga and 30 min Stretch routine and found it extremely helpful. I could now do things that I couldn't do these past years. I feel that her videos helps people with different levels of strength and stamina. She is really the best out here! If you are new to this channel, the results are real!
Absolutely!!!! Keep up the good work! Your commitment will pay off!! Coming off a broken back and way out of shape! Of all the videos out there I chose to do 30 minutes a day of MadFit and I know over time the commitment will pay off!

Love how calm and chill you are overall, not just in this stretch video, but just in general. It’s so inviting and easy to follow along to...trainers that get in my face or are overly encouraging stress me out. Your style is so refreshing and needed! Keep up the great work!
Do you do [or have done] strength training? I was thinking about starting to do some of these Yoga stretch routines to help keep my muscles loose and prevent injury. I was curious how much it will help as opposed to me just doing my normal 5 minute warm up stretches right before I start lifting.
@@samf8756 hey mate I've been lifting consistently for 4 years and I use this stretch every morning and it really has improved my hips and all my leg work has shot through the roof since I started doing this every morning, I use to be in agony with my hips sitting down and goto the chiropractor all the time and now I don't need to.
I don’t workout on Sundays so this was a great thing to do. I’ve been working out with you for more than two years now and convinced myself I didn’t have time for a 15-20min stretch. Wrong!!! I deserve a lot more time to myself and your videos force me to give it to myself. Thank you so much, it’s been an amazing two years. ❤️

I’ve done this routine as well as the 30 minute routine every morning for the past three days. I have already gone from not being able to stretch past my knees to being able to touch the floor! Absolutely love your channel 💖
Let me tell you I am 16 and about 230 pounds and I’ve been starting to do her dance workout with a few other videos. I haven’t stretched liked this for over a year and could barely do them so I had improvise but I cant wait to see results as I continue doing this every day
I'm so happy to see this comment, and I want to encourage you to NOT give up!! I am 20 years older than you, and I am not technically over weight, but my lungs are bad, and it was SOOO difficult to keep up with her dance workout videos, but I just tried anyway (with a lot of pausing, and a lot of moves- I just cannot do) and sticking with it, NO MATTER what, finding the 30 minutes a day, or at midnight, just whenever I can, and I promise you, you'll be dancing out within a matter of a couple months, and I know that seems like a long time, but I promise, just stick to it, and after 3 weeks, being consistent, you WILL see and FEEL results, just please don't give up when it gets super hard, just sit it out, and catch your breath, get into it again.. even if you are just moving side to side with the music.. I have started these home workouts since my gym has been closed since Feb. I usually hike, run or play tennis for exercise but lately have been feeling the need for more strength workouts. I find these workouts simple, modifiable and very helpful! I have been doing a the 10 minute cardio, the 20 minute total core, and then the 15 minute daily stretch as a full workout and it has been kicking my butt! Highly recommend, thanks Maddie for providing free workouts. I am always more motivated when someone is doing them alongside me instead of just a voice or pictures
This is the video that started it all for me and even though there are so many amazing videos on this channel, I always seem to find myself gravitating towards this one. This video popped up on my feed when it first came out a few years ago. At the time, I had just been diagnosed with some chronic health issues. I was at my lowest, mentally and physically. I knew I wanted to start taking better care of myself and the universe guided me to this video. From there I started following other MadFit videos and for the first time in my life I started looking forward to stretching and exercising. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for your content, Maddie. It’s amazing to see how big your platform has grown throughout the years and I couldn’t be more proud. Thank you for all that you do ☺️
This stretch routine was so helpful to me today. Of necessity, last week I did a lot more sitting than my body is used to and for the last two days I have been tight and in pain, mostly lower body. After warming up with a rolling pin and tennis balls, this stretch routine felt sooooooo good. I modified it for my comfort as I do not do stationary stretching, so I was able to modify to keep my stretches in motion and get the full benefit my body needed today. I also appreciate that this is just barely 20 minutes of my day and I felt so good doing this, I wanted to keep going. So I did, I checked out your channel, and I will be coming back. Thank you very much for sharing your expertise.
This stretch was so energizing for me. I've been looking for a daily stretch since i started working out and this one is absolutely amazing for me. You're amazing Maddie, thank you so much for all of these wonderful videos.
This is quickly becoming one of my favorite parts of my routine- when I'm feeling sleepy or burnt-out working from home I'll just stop and do this. Feel better every time!
So calming and uplifting. I was having a crappy day, then I completed this stretch video after my workout and now I feel much better overall. More stretch videos please, Maddie. And, thank you making these stretch videos.
I absolutely love all your stretch videos, so easy to follow along and I feel so good after every one of them. I prefer the 30min stretches but sometimes I feel like just a short session especially after yoga. I did feel like your other shorter sessions were far too rushed but THIS ONE is just perfect! Thank you Maddie, keep posting these fab vids!!! Lots of love from Scotland xxx
I love these videos, i am competitive acro gymnast and in England lockdown is still happening so I can’t get to the gym, your videos have a really really helped thank you 😊🥰💗
over the past year ive been getting less flexible and especially in this past week as ive started doing some workouts my legs feel so sore and stiff. this helped me so much, and even though ive only tried it once now i feel so much calmer and my body is better. im gonna do this everyday before bed. youre so calm, thank you.
I love this and your 30 minute beginners stretch. They're amazing. I've tried other folks, but they just don't get me like your routines. I'm literally sighing because I'm all worked out!
Have been doing this stretch every morning for only four days and the difference in my mobility is already super noticeable and getting better!! Cant wait to see more results!
This is my favorite go-to mobility flow to start the day with. The sequence, target areas and the music are super! I think I’d love any full on yoga practice of yours if you ever made one 😊
I’m a bit over weight, I’m over 149 pounds. But I wanted to try this and it felt really nice stretching. Once starting this video, my whole body feels so tense.. I wobbled and shaked just a bit during the exercises- but once i laid on the mat and did those last stretches with her.. I felt sleepy and relaxed. I feel so nice right now, I cannot wait to continue this journey :)
I do every night the 30 minute stretching routine and I’ll start to implement this shorter routine in the morning ☺️🤞 because of your channel I have so much motivation to work out and be healthier 🥰 thank you so much!!!
I keep returning to this stretch again and again! The first time I tried it was almost 4 years ago at this point and it’s been consistently helping me be lighter and unwind ever since, both physically and mentally ❤
I'd thought about giving up once you started to do the plank and I ended up pushing through because I saw that I was halfway through the video, and I'm glad that I'd finished the stretch.
I've been an on and off bodybuilder, and never really cared about flexibility and mobility, it was always just if I can do the work out right I'm okay. But this time I hated not being able to touch my toes for example and doing other flexibility things. And this little routine was amazing. I just started today and I doubt ill quit it. Thanks so much and ill be sure to follow your other videos! thank you my love ^-^
I love your workouts so much. I’ve been doing them for so long and am always so excited when you post new videos. Super excited to do this. Thank you so much!!! ❤️
This is the most inflexible I've been in my whole life 😩 I just started doing this. My legs bow backwards and I can't keep them straight when I go down anymore 😩 hoping this routine will help
This was a perfect video for me! Excellent use of “me” time after my 4 year old is down for the night and a nice was to relieve tension and stress! Thanks so much for the great video!
I've been working out and active for most of my life. I've got a good warm up stretching routine, but it's always good to check out other styles. Thanks. Great video.
The fact that I was part of your first million makes me really proud of seeing so much people around here. You're my favorite!!! I miss your personal channel posts, though.
I am also borderline inflexible I can’t even touch my toes and I have some crucial lower back pain which is sad considering I’m 20 😭😭 but I just found this and I thought I wouldn’t get results cause you know I’m impatient and all but this 😳 is a game changer the pressure is really gone and I can move without aching in pain so much. I’ll update this if anyone wants to see how well it works for someone who hasn’t stretch decently in years.
Thank you so much, not just for this lovely stretch, but for your full body, abs, core workouts. I am in my 70’s and worked out at a gym until it closed due to COVID. I did not like exercising at home until I found your workouts. Now I exercise with you for an hour or more a few times every week. I frequently play loud rock music and dance vigorously for 10-15 minutes to get in some cardio. Being of mature years, I always finish up with stretching, You have so many routines that I now have the most variety to my workouts that I have ever had. You are in fabulous shape and give just the right amount of direction, emphasizing correct form. I encourage you younger viewers to exercise to stay fit so when you are older, you will be able to move with ease, grace and strength, without the pain that so many elders experience. Thanks again, Maddy.
I am so grateful I found this channel on UA-cam. Thank you for all the wisdom you share in this area! Looking forward to getting back in shape with you!
My biggest workout flaw is my complete ineptitude and avoidance when it comes to stretching. I know how important it is and many of my injuries probably stem from a lack of it, but I just can't bring myself to do it some days. This video was a perfect way to harness me down and get me to stretch and WOW what an awesome 20 minutes that was. I feel like I'm floating on a cloud. My hamstrings thank you.
thank you so much for putting classes on here, i use to be a dancer and was so flexible but its been 3 years since i've properly stretched and i have realised that i'm not as flexible as i use to be so thank you for helping me it means the world
I screwed up my hip & have back issues. My MIL recommended stretches. I love this one b/c it's quick and really gives you the basics to stretch out. Been doing this for a week already, and my hip feels a bit better. Can't wait until it's back to 100%.
Thank you for this! It really helped loosen me after my morning run :-) I liked how you kept speaking throughout the stretches because it was easier to follow along when I couldn't see the screen. I didn't have to strain my neck to look and was able to focus on my breathing instead.
I’ve literally just stumbled across this channel and I can’t wait to try all the other work outs. I used to be an avid gym goer but I’m convinced I caught Covid from the gym. I’ve been switching it up with swimming and some new home work outs. I’m so glad I’ve found this channel can’t wait for results ✨✨
I love this stretch! It feels so good. Also, thank you so much for the relaxing music. Another video I tried to do before this one had very energetic music that was not relaxing at all. Thank you and keep up the good work.
This is exactly what I need. It’s helping with my sciatic nerve that’s pinched. It loosens up my muscles and keeps me flexible. I’m really grateful for these stretching videos. 🙏🏾
Love your stretch videos, they've really been a life saver to help me focus my mind during very stressful times this last year and help tone my body. I've always done exercise and it's hard with everything closed in England. My county has had restrictions since September! Messes with your mental health especially with a 5 year old at home instead of at school. But I've always loved yoga and can do it anywhere so it's my time. 15-20 minutes is perfect so thank you Maddie. Xxx
i know this isn't a recent video but just wanted to comment & say thank you for making it!! i am 7 months postpartum & was recommended by a holistic massage therapist to focus on stretching/restorative yoga. this routine felt so good for my body!!
So good! 🙌🏽😃 I lost a bit of flexibility since the pandemic started due to working from home and my activity level changing. So, I'm looking to regain the flexibility I lost. So, vids like this are perfect to get back into the thick of things.
I woke up this morning and my body was so sore. My neck and my back, specifically. So I decided to do this stretch routine and I feel better already. Definitely going to start doing this everyday.
I really liked the part where you were standing and said “now put your palms to the floor”. 🤣 What a sense of humor you have, as my stretch was maxed out and still I was about 8” from touching fingertips to the ground. Yep, I’m a pretty flexible guy. 😉🙄 I think my neck got the best workout because I couldn’t look away from the tv the entire time.
i've been doing this video for 3/4 days for the last 2 or 3 week and it's helping me so much!! i can now touch my toes which for me is CRAZY cuz i really thought it was going to take longer. anyways, thank you maddie
One question, since I've seen that more often in your stretching videos: I have always been told that rollimg your neck is horrible for the neck since your spine is not a joint (especially if you go all the way round). Have you been told differently or do you have any information on that?
I'm starting to do this everyday and night and it's so lovely! I feel fresh and light all day after I do it In the morning, and then at night it's so calming! thank you so much :)💓
I've been doing this almost everyday for about a month now (sometimes i don't do it all or i speed it up lol) and can almost do a backbend after doing no other stretches!1
Hope you guys enjoyed this one! It’s a great stretch that you can add to your daily routine! ❤️ See you tomorrow! Xx- Maddie

Woke up with lower back aching. This did wonders. The tightening is so much less. Thank you.
I feel so weird after that... like i feel loose, actually never felt like this lol
dude same when i started yoga i finally felt what it was like to not be so tense in my body. yay anxiety! lol
I've been working out and active for most of my life. I've got a good warm up stretching routine, but it's always good to check out other styles.
Thanks. Great video.
The fact that I was part of your first million makes me really proud of seeing so much people around here. You're my favorite!!! I miss your personal channel posts, though.
At 62 I should make this routine. I am sustaining too many painful injuries. Thank you for this video. Felt great and relieved some pain.
Yoga will do wonders. Although this has a lot of yoga poses in it, it's good to switch it up and incorporate different poses
You don’t want to know how many times I farted during this...
LMAO
bro why the heck is that the same for me...
cindy nguyen I guess we’re built different 🤣
Ur nickname goes really well with ur comment
Cookies Ksu LMAO I just realized that 😂😳
I am so grateful I found this channel on UA-cam. Thank you for all the wisdom you share in this area! Looking forward to getting back in shape with you!
This is one of the best stretching routines I've ever done.
Hey can you pleeeeease do a high school musical dance party???? I would looooove it
Omg yesss
YES
MY DREAM
I didn't know I needed that
Umbedingt
thank you so much for putting classes on here, i use to be a dancer and was so flexible but its been 3 years since i've properly stretched and i have realised that i'm not as flexible as i use to be so thank you for helping me it means the world
Day 1 : yeah! I got this!
Day 3 : ... she’s a sadist...
Day 10 : I’m actually starting to feel slightly better about myself
I’m at your Day 3 ten minutes into the video 😂😂😂 got me yelling “Please WOMAN STOP!”
I screwed up my hip & have back issues. My MIL recommended stretches. I love this one b/c it's quick and really gives you the basics to stretch out. Been doing this for a week already, and my hip feels a bit better. Can't wait until it's back to 100%.
This is the first stretching video I've ever made it through
Thank you for this! It really helped loosen me after my morning run :-) I liked how you kept speaking throughout the stretches because it was easier to follow along when I couldn't see the screen. I didn't have to strain my neck to look and was able to focus on my breathing instead.
oh my god maddie is nearly at 4 million subs!🥺💕
I’ve literally just stumbled across this channel and I can’t wait to try all the other work outs. I used to be an avid gym goer but I’m convinced I caught Covid from the gym. I’ve been switching it up with swimming and some new home work outs. I’m so glad I’ve found this channel can’t wait for results ✨✨
This was really hard, as I barely engage my body. Can't wait till I can stretch my leg straight!!!!
Thank you for being here for us Maddie! Love you!
Thank uuuu so much for this! I’m gonna do it on my rest day 🙏🏼
Best daily stretching video!! I was doing this every day for a while and it really helped me with tightness and stress. Need to get back into it
I was great exercise , I'm loving it! Now I can go for my jogging 🤗 have a great day everyone! 😘
Xxx
Stretch is something we all could benefit from
i know this isn't a recent video but just wanted to comment & say thank you for making it!! i am 7 months postpartum & was recommended by a holistic massage therapist to focus on stretching/restorative yoga. this routine felt so good for my body!!
me having no room, and having to workout in the living room, my dad making fun of me , A GREAT COMBO!! XD
Thank you! I know I need to do all these stretches but sometimes it's just easier when you have someone to guide you through them! You are the best!
this is just what i needed!!! would love to see more yoga videos
So good! 🙌🏽😃 I lost a bit of flexibility since the pandemic started due to working from home and my activity level changing. So, I'm looking to regain the flexibility I lost. So, vids like this are perfect to get back into the thick of things.
why cant my thighs social distance 😫
They love each other too much!
Lol enjoy it. Focus on feeling good and target other areas to tone. Touching thighs is okay!
hahaha
If your thighs are 6 feet apart youre dead lol
Thick thighs save lives 👌😊
I woke up this morning and my body was so sore. My neck and my back, specifically. So I decided to do this stretch routine and I feel better already. Definitely going to start doing this everyday.
Update: I woke up sorer than before.
I really liked the part where you were standing and said “now put your palms to the floor”. 🤣
What a sense of humor you have, as my stretch was maxed out and still I was about 8” from touching fingertips to the ground. Yep, I’m a pretty flexible guy. 😉🙄
I think my neck got the best workout because I couldn’t look away from the tv the entire time.
i've been doing this video for 3/4 days for the last 2 or 3 week and it's helping me so much!! i can now touch my toes which for me is CRAZY cuz i really thought it was going to take longer. anyways, thank you maddie
One question, since I've seen that more often in your stretching videos: I have always been told that rollimg your neck is horrible for the neck since your spine is not a joint (especially if you go all the way round). Have you been told differently or do you have any information on that?
I find the workouts great but also dont do a neck rol...side to side is safer
I think I’ve contributed to half of these views tbh
Who love madfit???
I'm starting to do this everyday and night and it's so lovely! I feel fresh and light all day after I do it In the morning, and then at night it's so calming! thank you so much :)💓
I've been doing this almost everyday for about a month now (sometimes i don't do it all or i speed it up lol) and can almost do a backbend after doing no other stretches!1
awesome
You cured the crick in my neck!!! You're actually the best, thanks for this great video!
